This Breton house, functional, surrounded by an enclosed garden, without vis-à-vis, is designed to spend a pleasant holiday by the sea. Terraces, lawn, pedestrian path leading to the beach, the essential shops are at 500m, in the charming village of Trélévern. A modern kitchen, fully equipped, opens onto a beautiful living room. A smart TV equips the living-room. Three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, with two bathrooms and two toilets, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The nearby beach, with fine white sand, also offers rocks for fishing. Swimming is safe. Kite surfing is easy to practice.
The Cote de Granit Rose, nearby, offers exceptional sites, with its legendary clusters of rocks, wild Breton moor, attractive seaside resorts, such as Perros-Guirec. Nearby you will find all the water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, water skiing, boat trips and visit the Sept Iles. You can practice golf, tennis, horse riding, hiking or biking, tree climbing, rock climbing, etc. Several amusement parks (Armoripark, the Gaulish Village, etc. ..) will entertain young and old. The historical sites are not lacking, museums, typical churches of Brittany, picturesque villages. The forest of Brocéliande and its legends, the port of Paimpol with its museum of Terre-Neuvas, the island of Bréhat, the tide mills, everything is to see, to smell, in the iodized air and the Breton culture.
The thalassotherapy Perros-Guirec, 10 minutes by car, brings you well-being and fitness. You can also opt for the Forum de Trégastel, and its aquatic area with heated seawater, currents and fun jets. Geräumiges und gemütliches Haus. Über einen Fußweg 5 min vom Meer entfernt. Die Einrichtung war ausreichend. Alles nötige vorhanden, auch Kleinigkeiten wie Tabs und Waschmittel etc. Es war sauber, allerdings hat es etwas muffig gerochen. Mit viel lüften und 1 ,2 Duft Kerzen kein wirkliches Problem. Yann spricht gut deutsch und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Auch die Heizung durfte genutzt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hund hatte einen großen Garten zur Verfügung.

Für uns ohne Wohlfühlcharakter

Aufenthalt bis Mitte Juni 2025. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von einem Freund der Eigentümerin empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts betreut. Das Haus hat uns von der Aufteilung her gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Die Möbilierung ist wie von den anderen Gästen beschrieben abgenutzt und ziemlich zusammengewürfelt. Die Gartenmöbel waren noch nicht ausgetauscht, das sollte laut Vorberichten in 2025 erfolgen.Wir hatten ein massives Geruchsproblem über die Abflüsse der Küche, das hat sich über das ganze Haus gezogen. Ein Versuch mit chemischen Mitteln durch den Freund konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die Sickergrube musste wohl dringend geleert werden. Wir können nicht nachvollziehen warum so etwas nicht präventiv und regelmäßig vorgenommen wird, in den Vorberichten kam es auch schon vor. Letztendlich haben wir unsere Pläne geändert und sind früher abgereist und haben uns noch in einem Hotel einquartiert.

Viel Platz. Gute Lage zum Meer.

Wir haben die Nähe zum Meer sehr genossen. Im gut ausgestatteten Haus hatten wir viel Platz. Die Betten sind und die schwere Decke für das Doppelbett sind etwas etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Gartenliegen und -Stühle sollten einmal erneuert werden. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden.

Maison trés bien située, un petit sentier permet d'accéder à la plage (5 min à pied). Ce séjour d'une semaine nous a permis de nous reposer et de profiter des paysages de la cote de granit rose.

Eine versteckte Oase

Ruhig – viel Platz – Vieles ist von hier problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen: Strand, Wanderwege entlang der Küste, Ausblickpunkte, ein unheimlich leckerer Bäcker, ein Markt, ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden, eine Schlachterei und Fleischerei, ein kleines Restaurant usw. Und mit dem Auto steht einem die Welt offen! Falls es aber regnen sollte, bietet dieses Haus viele Möglichkeiten, sich nicht auf die Nerven zu gehen. Genossen haben wir den Geschirrspüler und die Waschmachine, aber auch das Essen am großen Tisch im Haus, an dem man sich wie draußen fühlte, wenn die Fenstertüren den Weg/Blick über die Terrasse in den Garten öffnete. Kurz: Zu empfehlen!

Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand ist unschlagbar

Das Haus ist super geräumig, der Garten riesig. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend, wenn auch teilweise ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Tut der Sache aber keinen Abbruch, denn die Nähe zum Strand, der kleine Weg, der dorthin führt, machen diese Unterkunft aus. Ebbe und Flut und die wechselnde Strandkulisse dabei zu beobachten, abends schnell zum Strand spazieren um den schönsten aller Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen… all das spricht 100%ig für diese Unterkunft. Irina ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar obwohl sie nicht in der Nähe wohnt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Trelevern 💛

Beuatifully situated holiday home

Property is clean and well designed for a holiday let. Furnishing etc is fairly spartan - but this is good for cleaning purposes, and has good simple bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting areas inside and outside. Located close to a delightful little beach and close to the beautiful Pink Granite Coastline - many fantastic sights, views and beaches to visit.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison proche de la mer.s'il fallait rajouter un pt commentaire, je dirais que la pièce principale est un peu bruyante et que j'ai été un peu surprise du prix du mètre cube d'eau que j'ai trouvé assez cher!mais ce sont des détails qui n'entache pas le souvenir qui me reste de ce séjour.Mes enfants (entre 16 et 22 ans) diraient sûrement qu'il n'y avait pas d'accès internet!! mais il me semble que c'est en projet...!

nous avons agréablement été surpris par cette charmante petite maisonnette où nous nous sommes senti bien dès notre arrivée, propre, lumineuse (spacieuse) ,une grande terrasse et un grand jardin pour des parties de foot passionnées , une cuisine très bien équipé, un petit salon télé charmant,commerces tout à côté dans un bourg typique des cotes d’Armor, et bien sûr le ravissement de la côte de granite rose à découvrir. J'allais oublier la magnifique plage de sable blanc juste à côté où il est agréable de s'y rendre à pied, à l'ombre , le long d'un petit cours d'eau rafraichissant où se prélassent quelques salamandres . nous relouerons certainement cette maison l'année prochaine. nous avons hâte d'y retourner

Vacances en famille, au calme ou entre copains !

La maison est très fonctionnelle et surtout très proche de la plage. Celle-ci est assez peu fréquentée et parfaite pour les enfants, petits et grands... A proximité des petits commerces de Trélévern à pieds, mais aussi de Perros pour le marché et les sorties en ville. Je recommande sans aucune réserve !!!
