Wonderful break, our third stay in this superb apartment, with fantastic views over the cliffs, harbour and town. Secure apartment and great to have an allocated, safe garage parking space as road parking can be busy. Very comfortable bed, large terrace with lovely patio furniture.

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Wir waren für eine Wocher in Los Gigantes. Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen was Küche und Bad betrifft (Schränke schließen schlecht, Arbeitsplatte sollte erneuert werden). Dusche ist aufgrund von Wasserdruck schlecht nutzbar. Sonst tolle Lage, super Aussicht und das macht die Kleinigkeiten vergessen.

Très bel appartement à flanc de falaise dans unee ville touristique

Appartement magnifique, terrasse très agréable, parking privé en sous-sol, fort appréciable dans une ville où il est difficile de se garer Los Gigantes, contrairement à ce que nous imaginions est une grande ville à forte pression touristique Petite plage à au moins 15 minutes à pied et 20 en remontant, forte pente (mais méduses lorsque nous étions) ou piscines naturelles à 25 minutes En résumé, appartement impeccable, mais site un peu décevant par rapport à nos attentes

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías. Tiene una terraza y unas vistas impresionantes. La piscina también muy bien. La zona donde está es muy tranquila y tiene todo lo que se necesita. Playa, bares y restaurantes, tiendas y varios supermercados. Repetiría sin dudarlo

Ausblick: Mehr als perfekt! Das Treiben auf dem Meer ist schon interessant, Fernglas nicht vergessen! Größe des Apartments: Völlig ausreichend, wir waren eigentlich nur auf der großen Terrasse. Küche: Völlig ausreichend. Bad: Relativ neu, schon recht groß. Wohnzimmer: Etwas kleiner, haben wir nur zum Durchgehen genutzt. Schlafzimmer: Völlig ausreichend, großer Kleiderschrank. Sonstiges: Keine Mücken, so dass wir nachts immer mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Es war kein störenden Lärm am Tag und in der Nacht im Apartment oder auf der Terrasse wahrzunehmen, obwohl der Hafen mit einer kleinen Werft direkt unterhalb liegt. Sackgassenlage, wenig Fahrzeugverkehr. Es handelt sich um das oberste Apartment. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war das linke Nachbarapartment nicht belegt. Im rechten Apartment war nur für ein paar Tage ein sehr ruhiges spanisches Ehepaar. Von daher können wir zum „Nachbarlärm“ nicht viel sagen. Das Zentrum von Los Gigantes war für uns zu Fuß, das Apartment liegt etwa in 60 m Höhe, gut zu erreichen. Ein Taxi kostet 3,4 0 € für die einfache Fahrt. Sie stehen direkt am Zentrum, wo es auch mehrere gute Restaurants gibt. Mit der deutschen Sprache kommt man hier nicht weiter, auch Englisch beherrscht nicht jeder. Die zuständige Mitarbeiterin für die gesamte Apartmentanlage (Adriana) spricht auch nur spanisch. Das Einkaufen ist auch im Zentrum möglich. Günstiger geht es den im Ort befindlichen Supermärkten, u. a. Lidl, die aber etwas oberhalb an der Hauptstraße liegen. Wir haben anstandslos ein zweites Laken als Zudeck und zwei weitere Geschirrhandtücher erhalten. Was könnte verbessert werden: Die Sauberkeit, aufgrund des extrem kalkhaltigen Wassers lassen sich die Kalkanhaftungen im Bad, in der Küche und am Geschirr sicherlich nicht ganz vermeiden und man muss damit auch leben. Aber in den „typischen Ecken“ mussten wir doch auch andere Verschmutzungen feststellen. Die Bettwäsche war gewaschen, wies aber kleinere erkennbare ältere Flecken auf. Die wenigen deutschen Sender beim Fernseher sind unter den ca. 70 Kanälen etwas verstreut. Wenn schon zwei Fernseher vorhanden sind, dürften mehr Sender sortiert hintereinander möglich sein. Sonst ganz darauf verzichten. Aus der Kaffeekanne lässt sich kein Kaffee ohne extremes Kleckern ausschenken. Also immer gleich ein Tuch mitnehmen. Wir haben schon mehrere Apartments für unseren Urlaub gemietet. Dieses Apartment würden wir immer wieder buchen und auch jedem weiterempfehlen.

Prima Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick auf Los Gigantes, das Meer, den kleinen Hafen und die Steilküste. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Parken kann man entweder in der Tiefgarage oder direkt vor dem Haus, dort sind immer Plätze frei. Da die Wohnung in einer Einbahnstraße liegt, gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm.

Nous vous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés... La vue est époustouflante avec le port et la proximité directe des falaises’ faisant de la vaste terrasse un spectacle du matin au soir L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et tout y est fait pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Nous étions légèrement inquiets à cause des commentaires anciens mais le résultat était au delà de nos attentes’ d’autant que là position géographique est idéale pour visiter l’ile...

A lovely apartment in an excellent location.

We have now stayed in this apartment three times and have already booked it again for next January! Why? Because we love it! The location is ideal, not too far up the hill and near the town centre but away from any noise there. The apartment is well equipped with most things we would like, well furnished, has wifi, a comfortable bed, washing machine, good cooker for the occasional home cooked meal, and a fantastic terrace with superb views over the harbour and to La Gomera. The swimming pool is lovely too and never crowded. We love the Los Gigantes area as it is less built up and touristy than others on the island, it has some excellent restaurants and bars, (El Rincon de Juan Carlos with a Michelin star is fantastic!) and also because there are some great walks in the area and we love to get out and see some of the surrounding area. We would recommend this apartment highly!

Très bel appartement avec vue splendide!

Magnifique vue depuis l'appartement du 4ème étage (4 personnes) avec grande terrasse: Vue sur l'océan, le port animé et les spendides falaises de Los Gigantes. On peut même voir avec des jumelles des dauphins et des baleines depuis la terrasse. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, avec un trés grand lit nuptial! La piscine est très agréable et très propre. Parfait rapport qualité prix! Merci Estrella! Denis et sa famille

Tolle und gepflegte Unterkunft

Alle Angaben im Inserat entsprechen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Auch die Anreise 1h nachts war kein Problem. Dank sehr genauer Angaben, wie wir zu den Schuesseln kommen, mussten wir niemand kontaktieren. Hier arbeiten Profis!! Der Preis? Top! Kein Parkplatz auf der Strasse? Man nimmt die Garage. Alles im Preis inbegriffen. Was will man mehr.

Appartement très agréable, grande (immense) terrasse, vue magnifique (le regard se promène de Los Gigantes à l'ile de La Gomera en passant par le petit port), coin très calme (on est dans une impasse), équipement impeccable (literie, TV, etc ...), belle piscine, place de garage, accueil très agréable (José est toujours prêt à donner des infos, questionnez-le sur les restos typiques par exemple), commerces disponibles à proximité (nous avons fait toutes nos courses à pied pendant une semaine), bref, je manque de superlatifs pour continuer la liste. Los Gigantes est bien placé pour faire pas mal d'activités, descente du Barranco de Masca avec retour en bâteau, ascension du Teide, Visite de la Cueva del Viento, ballade en mer pour voir les dauphins, s'essayer au jet ski, .... Nous sommes ravis de cette semaine au soleil, et reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

superbe appartement au bord de l'océan

Lors de les nombreux voyages, j'ai l'habitude de louer chez l'habitant. C'est la première fois que j'ai envie de mettre plus que 5 étoiles. Tout est parfait: 1) le lieu (petit village calmissime et très joli) au bord de l'océan entre mer et montagne dans la partie préservée de Tenerife. (nord ouest infiniment plus beau que le sud) 2) l'appartement lui-même: parfaitement équipé, hyper propre (jamais vu autant d'équipement: tout y est comme chez soi), joliment décoré et très confortable (le matelas un vrai délice), 2 terrasses avec pare-soleil motorisé (avec une qui donne sur la montagne et l'autre directement sur l'océan), la plage est au pied de l'appartement.... le luxe. Sur la terrasse des chaises longues, les proprio ont même prévu un parasol et des essuies de plage.. 3) la vue: beaucoup plus belle que les photos de présentation. 4) TV, WIFI, Lecteur DVD, musique... bref..un bijou à découvrir de toute urgence. Cerise sur le gâteau: proprios très accueillants, discrets et prêts à venir au moindre problème, beaucoup d'infos sur tenerife dans l'appartement. Josiane Coruzzi Belgique bref... j'y serais bien restée plus longtemps tellement on y est bien..

La plus belle vue!

Une très belle semaine de vacances, pour notre premier séjour à Tenerife. L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, et la vue est encore plus merveilleuse que ce à quoi on s'attendait : on a eu le droit à un magnifique coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur les îles de las Palmas!! L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et la terrasse est un vrai bonheur. La piscine de la résidence très agréable au retour des journées de balade. En plus, l'appartement est très bien situé : à la fois près de tout et assez excentré pour n'avoir aucune nuisance. On y retournera très certainement avec des amis !

"Un appartement très bien situé, dans un des endroits les plus intéressants de Ténérife (proche El Teide et pointe N-O de l'île magnifiques), avec une belle vue et au calme en temps normal (carnaval à notre venue, un peu de bruit de le soir, selon votre date de séjour vérifier). C'est propre, bien équipé, très bien! 2 reproches: canapé-lit A CHANGER D'URGENCE: non fait malgré rappels des précédents occupants, lui vaut 4/5 au lieu de 5/5, on ne peut y dormir décemment, ressorts défoncés. Et piscine non utilisable (non mentionné sur l'annonce), pas entretenue. Cela reste très bien malgré tout. Fabrice"

"Beau petit appartement, ...

"Beau petit appartement, correctement meublé, et offrant une belle situation avec une vue dégagée sur Los Gigantes. L''équipement ne correspond toutefois pas à ce qui est mentionné dans le dossier : il n''y a ni micro-ondes, congélateur, ni cafetière, ni sèche-cheveux, ni fer et table à repasser, et aucun équipement pour les enfants. Les plaques de cuisson sont fatiguées, et quelques ampoules ou luminaires sont cassés ou en panne. L''équipement TV est basique et ancien (aucune chaîne espagnole !). Le matériel de terrasse est réduit au minimum, il n''y a pas de parasol, pas de coussin de chaise-longue, et le "mobilier" est très bas de gamme. Les photos sont celles d''une résidence-témoin, et ne correspondent pas entièrement à la réalité. Mais José aide à résoudre bien des problèmes, et nous a fourni une machine à café et un sèche-cheveux à notre demande. En résumé, beaucoup de déception, surtout après avoir lu les commentaires dithyrambiques des locataires précédents ! "
