5-bedroom villa with the best view of Praia D'El Rey!<br>Designed to make the most of the spectacular view and offer a true beach experience, The Beach House in Praia D'El Rey is the perfect holiday home. This beach house in Óbidos, Portugal, comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, and there’s also a sofa bed, recommended for children or extra guests.<br><br>Contemporary in design and furnished in the Scandinavian style, this beach house at Praia D'El Rey Resort has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms/shower rooms. <br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find the spacious living and dining area, with large windows to make the most of this captivating and ever-changing view. It features two spacious sofas and a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a double fridge/freezer and all standard appliances. <br>The master bedroom, also on this floor and featuring an en suite bathroom, offers fabulous views of the ocean and the golf course.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find 4 very spacious bedrooms. Three of them have large windows that open directly onto the pool area. All bedrooms have divan beds, which can easily be pushed together to form a double bed, making them suitable for couples or single guests. Two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower, the third has an en-suite bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has access to the hallway bathroom as you walk towards the ground-floor kitchen, which features a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people.<br><br>Off the open-concept kitchen is a spacious terrace for outdoor dining with a barbecue. The villa features several terraces—including a rooftop terrace—and sheltered sunbathing areas. At the highest point is a shaded and very peaceful “outdoor space” with the same wonderful view—a perfect place to relax with a good book. The 16-meter pool is great for serious swimmers as well as for playing.<br><br>The house is available for guests’ use. It has private parking for 2 cars, as well as public parking in front of the villa.<br><br>Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D’El Rei, and we’ll be available to assist with any issues that may arise.<br>Check-in takes place in person at our office, and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.<br><br>Praia D'El Rey is a resort featuring an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, the Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it’s the perfect spot, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches—such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal—that are excellent for this sport.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi for the exclusive use of the villa. <br>Bedding and towels included.<br>Central heating is not included and will be charged as an additional fee.<br>Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM<br>Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM<br><br>Arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight are subject to a 25€ surcharge.<br>Arrivals after midnight are subject to a €50 surcharge.
