Amazing pools!

Spacious apartment with lots of outside space - a balcony and roof terrace with bbq. Overlooks the pools and lovely landscaped areas. The pools were great - with a variety of sizes and depths to suit everyone and were very quiet so at times we had a whole pool to ourselves. The whole complex is landscaped beautifully too and well kept. Check in was great and Manuel was so helpful and thorough. The complex was a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and local shops. All in all we had a lovely holiday in Cala d'Or and would definitely recommend it and this apartment.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Küche mit Durchreiche hatte alles was man brauchte. Der Vermieter war äußerst hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der traumhafte Ausblick über die gesamte Anlage von der Dachterrasse aus zusammen mit dem fest installierten Steingrill hat uns unvergessliche Urlaubsabende bereitet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung und sehr netter Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist schön, vor allem die zweite Terrasse auf dem Dach ist traumhaft. Sie ist fußläufig zum Hafen, wo es zahlreiche gute Restaurants gibt. In d n Hauptort Cala Dor geht man ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Prima vakantie appartement

Manuel is een erg aardige en behulpzame host. Prima en schoon appartemen. Op een complex met meerdere appartementen en zwembaden. Bij ons was het heel erg rustig op het complex. Klein centrum en de haven op loopafstand +- 500m en het centrum van cala d'or op zo' n 2 km.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner ruhiger Anlage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen Anlage in Cala Egos. Die Anlage hat mehrere Pools. Zu Fuß ist es nicht weit zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Badebuchten. Cala D'or ist in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder zu Fuß bei einem Spaziergang über den Hafen. Unser Vermieter Manuel war sehr nett. Der Check in war unkompliziert und er hat bei Fragen gerne weiter geholfen. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

La résidence est calme. L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux pour nous 5. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Manuel, le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a répondu rapidement à nos messages.

Perfect location

Stayed here for two weeks in may, we loved the apartment, there's 7pools to choose from gardens are well maintained and complex is clean, only a short walk to the centre of cala d'Or and beaches which are beautiful.we loved our stay and would definitely book again.manuel was easy to contact and very helpful on arrival.cant wait for next year.

Great apartment for families

We stayed here for 11 nights and had a great time. Communications with the owner were very positive and he responded quickly to emails and any queries we had during the stay. The apartment is fantastic for families and we found it to be perfectly reasonably equipped for our stay. Very clean on arrival and in a super location between the Marina and Cala Egos where you will find plenty of shops and family friendly restaurants. The pools are brilliant, and the complex itself was fairly quiet due to many of the apartments being privately owned. Would recommend for families with children of all ages.

Great apartment in a lovely location

The booking process and communication with Manuel was great throughout. The apartment is well equipped and appointed in this quiet gated community. It's perfectly located for accessing beaches, restaurants and bars.

super séjour

bel appartement bien équipé, propre avec une super piscine (attention pas chauffée). La copropriété est très calme en avril. Le propriétaire est très disponible et répond rapidement aux messages. Un détail : Il manque juste quelques produits de bases (sel, produit vaisselle).

Einen erholsamen Urlaub genossen

Trotz sehr später Ankunft in der Apartmentanlage hat uns der Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Auf unseren Wunsch hatte er uns Wasser besorgt. Das Apartment haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es war sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Ein Pkw Stellplatz war in unmittelbarer Nähe auf dem Gelände. Von uns bemerkte Mängel wurden umgehend behoben. Wie schon in den vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben, wäre eine dickere Bettdecke statt der vorhandenen Wolldecke zu dieser Jahreszeit besser gewesen. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bonne communication et annonce conforme

Mais quelques équipement tels que peu de vaisselle, pas d'aspirateur, couverture et pas de couette. Pour le reste conforme à l'annonce et MAnuel nous a accueilli à 3H du matin.. Merci!

Sehr schön

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Alles war unkompliziert und die Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere die Pools waren klasse und groß (auch wenn das Wasser im Herbst recht erfrischend ist) aber es hat viel Spaß gemacht. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen und erholsamen Urlaubsaufenthalt!

Excellent séjour entre calme et détente

Site et appartement bien conçus, nombreuses piscines sur le site, le calme et la quiétude sont rois. Seul petit bémol au niveau de la cuisine qui manque de quelques ustensiles. L'eau courante n'est pas consommable. Manuel s'est montré accueillant mais il manque cruellement de documentation dans l'appartement, peu d'informations données. Cela reste insignifiant au regard de la situation du lieu, très bien entretenu, avec un solarium et une terrasse très agréables. Ce complexe est une belle découverte pur toute la famille, les filles ont profité pleinement des piscines.

Trés bon séjour !

La residence est superbe et calme, très bien entretenue avec ces 7 piscines et jardins . l appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable avec ces 2 terrasses, parfait pour 4 personnes . de nombreux commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes à pieds et plage à 10 min. Manuel est charmant et parle notre langue aisément . bref super séjour , nous recommandons absolument la résidence et l'appartement. Merci !

Traumhafte Unterkunft in Cala D‘or

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Cala D‘or. Der Vermieter Manuel war äußerst freundlich und hat uns unterwegs aufgelesen und zum Appartement komplex geleitet, da wir die falsche Adresse in unser GPS eingegeben hatten. Es gibt mehr als 7 Pools und die Anlage ist zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts wirklich sehr ruhig gewesen. Es sind nur wenige Menschen in dieser großen Anlage gewesen, so dass man fast den Eindruck hatte, allein da zu sein. Das Apartment ist mit allen erforderlichen Dingen inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne dorthin zurückkehren.

Netter VM & schönes Apartment

Der Kontakt zu Manuel war sehr freundlich, und das Apartment ist schön groß und hat alles was man braucht. Einziges Manko, in der Vorsaison wäre eine dünne Decke besser als eine Wolldecke mit Laken. Aber es ist nicht so schlimm gewesen, ich als Frostbeule hab einfach eine zweite genommen. Die Anlage ist durch mehrere Tore und Türen zu verlassen und die verschiedenen Pools sind gepflegt und sauber. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Würden dort sogar kaufen/leben 😉 Vielen Dank
