THE AREAS



Our apartment is located in a modern and secure apartment block, with a reception area and private balcony for you to relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Inside, you will find two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, all prepared with high-quality bedding and towels for each guest.



In our apartment, you can enjoy a wide range of services and amenities, such as television, heating, air conditioning, and an impressive fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. Additionally, the apartment has access to fiber optic and Wi-Fi throughout the floor, so you can stay connected at all times.



Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just five minutes from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento in Valencia and very well connected by metro and bus so you can move around the city easily and quickly. It is also close to supermarkets, train stations, and the stunning beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa.
