Spacious 3 bedroom farmhouse apartment on National Park land !

Casa Bacci was probably built around the end of the 19th century as farmhouse servicing the adjacent Villa Bacci which was bought by the owner’s great grandfather in 1899. It sits on a hill overlooking the village of Porto Azzurro with magnificent views over the harbour, the Capoliveri hills and the Stella gulf. On clear days it is possible to see the isles of the Tuscan archipelago, Pianosa and Giglio as well as Corsica.
The house is surrounded by its own land, fields and vineyard gently sloping towards the sea and in a unique environmental setting within National Park borders offering maximum quiet even in peak tourist season while only five minutes away from the hustle and bustle of town.
This spacious farmhouse apartment on the first floor can lodge up to 6 guests (1 double room + 1 twin room + 1 bunk room). It has offers a shaded balcony with mountain views which is perfect for summer breakfasts. The apartment also has its own portion of garden with bbq and outdoor furniture for your summer dinners on the side of the house, at the bottom of the access stairs.
We also have an apartment on the ground floor (4 pax) which can suit large groups wishing to spend their holidays together while enjoying their own privacy.

Great setting for family reunion

Our family group, parts of which live abroad, met for a week-long reunion at Casa Bacci in late June. The apartment was very clean and provided all the comforts we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped (very much needed for a family), the atmosphere cozy. We liked the rustic furniture, the outdoor shower and the outside table where we spent countless hours chatting while enjoying a good meal and a glass of wine. Contact with owners was very easy, as well as check-in/check-out. I recommend Casa Bacci to anyone looking for a true Tuscan experience. Riccardo and family

great place on a marvellous Island

We stayed here on the first floor appartment with our 3 children for a week. We were very content with the appartment; it is very well equiped (we have had other experiences!) in the kitchen, there is window protection for mosquitos, the airco is a absolute pleasure especially in the childrens room with the bunkbed, the view on the sea is great. It is hard to think of anything that can be improved here, okay, the colours of the television are bad. We enjoyed snorkling on several beaches, the guide in the house with all beaches is very handy. The garden with this appartment is big and has a lot of privacy. Also the washing machine and Gas- BBQ come in handy. I think we may return here one day and I already recommended it to my friends.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren mit fünf Freundinnen dort und sind immer noch total begeistert ! Das Haus bietet absolute Ruhe mitten in den Weinbergen und mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Chiara war stets erreichbar und hat uns nach einem Sturm sofort geholfen & uns mit einem neuen Sonnenschirm versorgt. Das Haus ist sauber und super ausgestattet. Danke Chiara - wir kommen wieder :)

Wunderschönes Haus in Traum Lage

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern im CASA BACCI und haben die Zeit mehr als genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den Feldern gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer und nur 10-20 Minuten von Porto azurro und tollen Stränden gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara verlief super und auch die Besitzerin war absolut gastfreundlich und hat uns sogar noch Kissen für die gartenliegen besorgt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit Aussicht

Diese wunderschönes & einzigartige Landhaus in Elba, liebevoll eingerichtet, eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer & Porto Azzurro & eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sehr gut erreichbar ist. Unsere Familie geht auch nächstes Jahr wieder dorthin, weil wir an diesem Ort Ruhe & Entspannung & Spass finden, wie sonst nirgendwo.

Beautiful location

We had a beautiful stay. The check in process was a bit unclear and due to our change in flights it would have been nice if there was a security code for late check in. We also had to pay for sheets towels and a cleaning fee upfront which was unheard of for us. We feel the steepness and condition of the road was not properly described prior to arrival. It can be very dangerous at night if you're not careful. The host Chiara was very helpful in answering any questions we had and eased the check out process. We wished we had longer on the island. It was absolutely beautiful. From the residence you could see the stars very well at night and every morning you are greeted by sunshine and sounds of nature. It was also conveniently located to porto azzuro but almost everywhere required a car which made parking very difficult. Overall we had a lovely time!

Landtraum im Paradies

Wir haben schon viele schöne Ferienwohnungen über FeWo gebucht, aber diese ist mit Abstand ein absoluter Urlaubstraum. In jedem Winkel des liebevoll eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Ferienhauses liegt die Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Täglich sind wir aufs Neue vom Anblick der Umgebung bezaubert worden. Trotz der beschwerlichen Straßen ist alles Schöne mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Man ist in ein paar Minuten in Porto Azzuro oder im schönen Capoliveri, aber auch Portoferraio ist nur 20 min entfernt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Elba genießen kann man perfekt in der Casa Bacci!

Herrliche Aussicht

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig. Man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht auf Porto Azzuro, das Meer und Capoliveri. Die Kinder können ohne Angst draußen spielen :-) Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wanderwege befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zusammengefasst: absolut empfehlenswert!

Characterful farmhouse with wonderful views

The house is set above Porto Azzurro with wonderful views in two directions. It is a 5 minute drive down to the coast road, from where it is easy to explore the local area. We stayed in the upper level, which is spacious and full of character. The two bathrooms are helpful when staying with children. There is small balcony space at the back which is very useful in the heat (we stayed in July). The communication with the owner was excellent and any issues were dealt with very quickly. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

Maison de caractère, bien équipée avec climatisation fonctionnelle et très utile , surtout en journée. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire qui a été très réactive et nous a donné plein d’informations très utiles . Accueil super . Dernières centaines de mètres d’accès à la propriété par un chemin de terre un peu surprenant ! Mais c’est probablement le prix à payer pour un petit coin de paradis , oasis de silence ensoleillé et authentique.

Familienurlaub wie im Traum

Wir waren als Familie mit mehreren befreundeten Familien unterwegs. Die Casa Bacci bietet 2 Wohnungen für je 4 und 6 Personen. Jede Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und die Lage ist ein Traum. Man blickt von der Terasse auf Porto Azzurro und das Meer hinunter. Ich kann die Casa Bacci nur empfehlen.

Schöne ruhige Lage

Das Objekt ist abseits vom Trubel aber mit herrlicher Aussicht über Porto Azzuro. Direkt am Objekt beginnen auch schöne Wanderwege zu den nächsten Bergen. Das Objekt selbst ist sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Wir haben dort schöne entspannte Ferien verbracht. Danke.

Idyllisches Traumplätzchen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der oberen Ferienwohnung des 200 Jahre alten Hauses „Casa Bacci“. Am Anreisetag hat uns der Hausmeister, Giovanni, freundlich empfangen. Sollten Probleme auftauchen, wäre er jederzeit für uns erreichbar gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und man findet alles vor, was einen perfekten Aufenthalt ausmacht. Für Paare aber auch für Familien bestens geeignet! Der Ausblick auf Porto Azzurro und das Meer ist atemberaubend schön! Die Aussicht in die Natur ist einmalig. In den ersten Morgenstunden kann man sogar Feldhasen und Fasane auf die umliegenden Felder entdecken. Bis zu den Stränden sind es wenige Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Haus befindet sich nur wenige Minuten von Porto Azzurro. Einziger Wermutstropfen, ist die teilweise nicht asphaltierte buckelige Strasse, die zum Haus führt (4x4 wäre von Vorteil). Wir würden die Wohnung unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen und bestimmt werden auch wir wiederkommen!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Casa Bacci sehr genossen.

Das Casa Bacci ist originalgetreu renoviert, verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Fern von jeglichem Autoverkehr mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf Porto Azzuro. Wir haben die Natur pur genossen und uns perfekt erholt. Familie Kolb

Schöne und eindrucksvolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und infrastrukturell bestens eingerichtet. Dir erhobene Lage in ruhiger Natur mit unverbauter Sicht auf Capoliveri und zwei Buchten ist einmalig. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Schöne Strände und Buchten sowie die umliegenden Städtchen sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben bereits wieder gebucht.

Erholungsurlaub pur!

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind (drei Generationen) einen wunderschönen Erholungsurlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft mit Blick auf Porto Azurro und dem Bergdorf Capoliveri. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum guten Leben braucht.Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Grill etc. Einzig das Doppelbett sollte stabilere Füße erhalten. Bitte nichts Falsches denken, aber es wackelte bedenklich!! Die zum Teil nicht aspaltierte Anfahrt fordert Orientierungssinn vor allem beim ersten Mal in der Nacht und fahrerisches Können. Von der Vermieterin Chiara fühlten wir uns gut betreut. Wir konnten per SMS auf Englisch kommunizieren. Der Hausmeister vor Ort, Giovanni, kann leider kein Wort Deutsch. Wer mit Händen und Füßen reden kann, hat jedoch kein Problem, sollte aber für die Stromabrechnung am Ende einen Taschenrechner bei der Hand haben. Sein Abrechnungszettel, die Art Grundrecharten auf Italienisch zu demonstrieren waren für einen Lehrer einfach sehenswert! Wir haben einer endemischen Art der Sandmücke auf Elba das Überleben ermöglicht und den Mückendamen sehr viel Blut gespendet. Entsprechend sahen unsere Beine aus. Wer kein Luxushotel will, die Ruhe sucht, einen herrlichen Ausblick genießen, in einem pittoresken Haus wohnen und auch die heimische Küche erproben will, dem kann ich Casa Bacci sehr empfehlen.

Authentisch und gemütlich, leider nicht ganz sauber.

Schön gelegenes Gesindehaus direkt neben der Villa Bacci in Panoramalage mit authentischer Einrichtung. Unkomplizierte Betreuung durch einen sehr netten, allerdings nur italienisch sprechenden Hausmeister. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig: Der Fußboden war extrem staubig, als wäre er wochenlang nicht gewischt worden, die Polsterüberzüge waren schmutzig und speckig und auch die Bettwäsche, die von einer externem Wäscherei geliefert wird, machte zwar einen gewaschen Eindruck, war aber noch voll mit verblichenen Restflecken. Für 70€ Endreinigung fanden wir das so nicht ganz in Ordnung. Der Vermieter hat versichert, den Putzservice in Zukunft zu verbessern, die 70€ waren wir trotzdem los...
