The shared use of the garden at Penquite which has an abundance of mature and beautiful shrubs and trees is a bonus with seating areas for all to enjoy. Penquite is situated in the pretty Cornish village of Lelant just 10 minuets walk to the amazing Porthkidney beach of unspoilt golden sands set central within the stunning St Ives Bay. Take the Scenic railway from the bottom of the lane (5 mins walk) and arrive in St Ives within 10 mins, no need for car or parking! Walk to one of 5 pubs and Bistros located within the village or pick up the South West Coastal path just minutes from your door. you are centrally located to visit the whole south west of Cornwall including the must see destination of St Michaels Mount just 15 mins drive away. Come by train and leave your car completely behind, St Erth Station is 5 mins taxi to your apartment.
