Set within its own 2 hectares of peaceful countryside surrounded by trees gardens and lawns on the edge of quaint village yet close to the bustling market town of Melle.
Family and pet friendly three separate Gites can be rented as an entire large family vacation. Private outdoor pool with pool side wood-fired Jacuzzi, outside dining areas, another private wood-fired Jacuzzi in the courtyard of the main Gite. Gas barbecue in each Gite courtyard with outside dining furniture. Childrens play areas also croquet, football and badminton. A separate games hangar with pool table, tennis table, football table and smaller childrens play equipment. Woodland area with small stream great for hide’n’seek or getting wet and muddy building dams.

Très bonne adresse pour des vacances de rêve en famille.

Séjour extraordinaire. propriétaires très accueillants. le lieu est un vrai petit paradis pour petits et grands. les logements sont très bien équipés il ne manque rien. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Weekend entre camarades d'université

Weekend génial dans le superbe Gîte de Sarah, qui est très arrangeante et garantit un accueil parfait et sympathique. La combinaison des 3 gîtes (2 petits et un grand) permet d'avoir de quoi cuisiner sereinement pour des grands groupes (3 frigos, 3 lave-vaisselle...), ce qui est très important et pratique. La literie, les chambres et pièce du vie du grand gîte sont très agréables. Et que dire du jardin... magnifiquement fleuri. De grands espaces pour jouer au foot, se détendre dans un hamac et de nombreux jeux pour les enfants. Ajouter à cela l'espace piscine, sécurisé et très bien aménager avec ses 2 jacuzzis, ou encore la grange avec billard, ping-pong... de quoi bien s'occuper et passer du bon temps. Seule recommandation : Mettre une lumière permanente afin d'éclairer les tables pour manger autour de la piscine pour le soir. Le lieu-dit est très sympa : que des belles maisons typiques de la région, autour de Melle, ville charmante. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Le Géocrew

Un petit coin de paradis

Tout est parfait : l'accueil, le gîte où il ne manque rien, absolument rien, la propreté, le confort des couchages, le cadeau de bienvenue, les jeux pour grands et petits, le calme, le charme de ce petit village. Une seule envie y revenir. Merci Sarah.

In our early/mid fifties, originally from the UK but moved to France October 2021 for a change in lifestyle. Loving life in France and enjoying the quiet lifestyle, the wine and the cheese.

Why they chose this property

We believe we have a lovely property, our main home is next to the three guests Gites so we are always on hand to answer questions or help in anyway we can. There is plenty of open space within our grounds, areas of woodland, lawns for running free, the fenced pool area with a covered place for dining and a charcoal bbq, a pétanque court, swings and slides, 2 trampolines and a small river boarders our wood great for paddling and building dams.
We also have a games hanger with a pool table, table tennis, a football table and toys and games for the children including a playhouse and various childrens bikes.
Within walking distance is the village play area, which has a free tennis court, football pitch and a small basket ball court as well as childrens play equipment.
Within a 10 minute drive is the bustling market town of Melle which hosts 3 supermarkets, plenty of independent shops, pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants as well as a large swimming pool, gym and sports grounds.

What makes this property unique

We have 2 wood fired jacuzzis one outside our biggest Gite and the other beside the pool, the Gites are open all year round, they can be lit and operated by guests, all wood freely supplied. We are happy to light them if requested.
