Spectacular promenade close to the center of Rome

Enjoy the sea together with the beauties of Rome. Connected to the center by train 300 meters away and bus under the house. Boat rental 500 meters away, 50 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the splendid pine forest of Castel Fusano, 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the dunes of the Roman coast reserve. Bedroom/living room with double bed and large kitchen with electric hob and oven, equipped with 2 balconies. close to free beaches, restaurants, night clubs.
The space
Large entrance, bedroom/living room with double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning. Kitchen/dining room with table for 4/6 people, second bed, electric oven, fridge, pantries, hob, 2 balconies, fireplace. There are plates, cutlery, pots and everything you need.
Guest access
You can access the entire house in total autonomy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small condominium, without a lift. Public car parks are always available just outside the condominium gate.
Other things to keep in mind
You can enjoy the artistic and historical beauties of central Rome and the naturalistic beauties of the Roman coast in just one vacation. 300 meters from the house there is the metro that reaches the center of Rome in about 35 minutes. Alternatively, there is a bus stop right under the house.

Dreckige und unaufgeräumte Wohnung im schlechten zustand

Außerhalb der Wohnung schön. Das Einzelbett befindet sich nicht im Wohnzimmer, sondern in der Küche. Diese ist ein Klappbett und auf dem Lattenrost liegen Papkartons, damit bei der Übernachtung sich nicht die Drähte des Lattenrostes in die Matraze drücken. Doppelbett nicht vorhanden,nur Schalfcoach im anderen Zimmer,Wirlpool nicht vorhanden, Grill verrostet,Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden,alles sehr dreckig und defekt.Angeblich wurde die Wohnung vorher geputzt,trotzdem liefen Armeisen durch die Wohnung.Klever fotografiert.Gibt nicht bei weitem die Wohnung wieder.Zahlreiche Fotos aus der Annonce stimmen nicht mit der heutigen Realität übereinander.Absprachen zum Parkplatz wurden nicht eingehalten.
