Merveil - Luxury Suite - Opera - 4 Septembre II

Located in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, you will have the chance to be a few steps away from famous monument the Palais Garnier. Located on the 4th floor with an elevator in a typical Parisian building.
The apartment of 602 square feet is composed of a living room,an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathroom.
Important: There is elevator in the building.

The Space:
The apartment has:

- Living room with a sofa bed
- A bar and table diner for 6 people
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms please see the details in the next section
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub in the room
- 1 separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons and a maximum of 6 persons.
-Bedroom 1 with a double mattress
-Bedroom 2 with a double mattress

-Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people

The apartment is equipped with:
- A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only
- TV in the living room and in the bedroom
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : 5 days before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator or stairs.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
Between the Louvre Museum and Opera Garnier, the apartment is located in the most central and vibrant districts of Paris. The neighborhood is very safe, the Royal Place is 600m away from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Around the apartment you will find :
Subway 3 : Quatre-Septembre (1 min by walk)

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.

- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.
