Welcome to the Bison Getaway! Come stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains located near the entrance of Cripple Creek. You will find all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful Colorado mountains and the cozy town of Cripple Creek.

The main floor has an open great room and kitchen, one bedroom (king) and bathroom. The great room includes a power reclining sofa, love seat and a 52" flat screen. Enjoy the comfort of memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms (both queen) and their own bathrooms. There are flat screen TVs with streaming in each room.

Come explore Cripple Creek! Whether you want to spend time hiking the trails, touring the mines or enjoying the casinos, Bison Getaway is the best place to stay.

We had such a goodtime in Cripple Creek and really enjoyed our stay. The drive was so beautiful getting to see the fall colors changing in full effect! The place was very nice and cozy. Our son 10months also had fun, we were one block away from the train! That was fun for our little one!We will definitely request to stay here next fall!

Spending a week with family, was so much fun. Even had a day of snow. Home was perfect, so cozy and all comforts of home. Would definitely stay again. Communication was great with our host. Hated to leave.

Always wonderful

We have stayed at Family Mountain Retreat several times in the past few years and it has always been wonderful. It is a family tradition to go to the Butte Theater every fall and Kari's home is our favorite place to stay. It is close to Cripple Creek' s main road and it is so peaceful and quiet.
