Our cleaning service ensures there is no pet fur in the house for the comfort of subsequent guests. On rare occasions they charge additional hours for pet related cleaning. We do not charge a pet fee, but we reserve the right to pass those additional cleaning costs to the guest by withholding from the security deposit.

Note: Security Cameras are installed at the cabin monitoring the following areas:
- Inside: Tank room in the basement, for monitoring of water level and flooding. Per VRBO requirements, if you feel uncomfortable with this camera inside the property, you may unplug it. Please plug it back in when you leave.
- Outside: Porch towards front door.

Why they chose this property
A family cabin near Park City, Utah, inspired us to want to build our own. Plus, we were looking for a place that the whole family could enjoy. We found it in Divide. Completed in 2012, we add improvements to it each year.
What makes this property unique
Besides its quiet comfort, our cabin is uniquely situated to enjoy so much of Colorado. There's something for everyone - from mountain biking, to hiking to touring - and a comfortable place to return to, cook a meal, play a board game, read a book or watch a movie. Perfect for families.
