Awesome Cabin
Enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Few days before our trip the area got around 3 feet of snow. The owners worked hard to make sure the driveway was passable and gave us updates on road conditions. Would recommend 100%

Not recommended in the Winter
I have a Heavy Duty 4x4 truck and the driveway was nearly unpassable. Even the neighbor who shares the driveway was stuck and required a tow to get his 4x4 truck out. The driveway and parking area had not been plowed, so turning around at the cabin in the driveway took multiple attempts in 4 wheel drive to get turned around. The access to the door was completely blocked with 2-3 ft of snow that had shed off the roof. Luckily someone had left a snow scoop shovel out near the small parking space so I could dig our way to the porch and front door. Once inside everything was turned off, no heat, no hot water, wood stove had not been cleaned out of ash. So after a couple hours we finally got the place dug out, heated up, hot water turned on, checked to make sure we had water (there is a cistern in the basement). Then we got to unload our bags, food, etc into the cabin. The cabin is exactly as shown. Very nice, cute. The driveway is approximately 500 ft long, all down hill from the main road to the cabin, in snow and ice. If you park in the cul-de-sac at the end of the road add another 500-700 ft to your trek to get to the cabin...in snow, ice and mud. Cute cabin that would be great as a summer or fall getaway, but can not recommend it in the winter or spring due to Colorado's unpredi table snow fall and the properties lack of winter access. Thank you

Fantastic Cabin!!
Our family of 6 had a fantastic vacation and absolutely loved this cabin! It is adorable and functional, it is secluded enough to feel disconnected from stressful daily life and yet close enough to town and attractions that it wasn't inconvenient. The kitchen was well equipped, there were games and movies for rhe kids, the wifi worked amazingly well and there was just enough snow to have a great time sledding and tubing in the back yard valley. The wood burning stove heater was awesome and kept the cabin very warm. We would highly recommend this cabin to friends, family and who ever is reading this.

Outstanding
The house is amazing, everything we wanted. Really clean. The driveway could be a challenge in the wrong weather conditions, we had no problem with the driveway, it was dry. The owners made sure we knew about the driveway so that wasn’t a surprise. Great place to stay! Right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The kitchen was well set up and supplied. I am sure we will be there again. The price was fair also.

Why they chose this property

A family cabin near Park City, Utah, inspired us to want to build our own. Plus, we were looking for a place that the whole family could enjoy. We found it in Divide. Completed in 2012, we add improvements to it each year.

What makes this property unique

Besides its quiet comfort, our cabin is uniquely situated to enjoy so much of Colorado. There's something for everyone - from mountain biking, to hiking to touring - and a comfortable place to return to, cook a meal, play a board game, read a book or watch a movie. Perfect for families.
