My husband, sister, and I enjoyed our stay here very much! This is the second time we have stayed in Rainbow Valley, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last! I was looking for a cabin that was dog friendly and was so happy to find this one, and Piper had so much fun here! The valley was great for her to run around in, and she loved watching the deer and birds. I would also highly suggest this cabin during the fall, as it sits inside an aspen grove and I can’t even imagine how beautiful it is that time of year.
The cabin was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We heard little vehicle traffic which made it feel as though we had the whole mountain to ourselves. The cabin was well stocked with all the needed cooking equipment. I would 100% stay here again!
Loved our stay here. We enjoyed everything about the property. Very relaxing and was in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do with our visit to Colorado. Loved using the telescope at night and looking at stars each night was something we looked forward to each night after our busy days. Would have loved to use the fireplace but unfortunately the week we were there it was to hot to use but will definitely be staying here again and maybe next time it will be colder that we will be able to enjoy sitting around with family enjoying the fireplace.

Love the night sky photos! So glad you enjoyed your stay.
We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful cabin and enjoyed every minutes of it. It is a little remote but yet a beautiful ride away from Woodland Park, a gorgeous little town with multiple grocery stores and restaurants. There is also a decent grocery store in Divide We loved seeing wild life: deers and a fox lives down the little valley . The cabin is extremely comfortable, just like home. We had a one day snow storm. It melted the followind day and it felt so cozy by the fire and the view from the deck was like a living post card . The beds a very comfortable and I love that there is a temperature control in every room. My husband likes sleeping in a warm room, I love it cold. This is a beautiful, wild part of Colorado with beautiful hikes, not too crowded and not too much trafic in town. We did not have any trouble going up and down the driveway as mentioned in other reviews . This is a very organized cabin. It was just like home. The wifi works great and you can sign up on to your own apps like Netflix and Prime . I appreciated being able to bring my dogs. Their favorite places was napping on the deck and watching for wild life. We hope to be able to come back.

Thank you for the pics! First place for Cutest Chipmunk pic!
We had the most amazing time with family. The house was beautiful, the scenery was beautiful. The drive to the cabin is just breathe taking....would recommend.
We loved this quiet cabin that allowed our family to relax and spend time together. The views were spectacular and we loved getting to see a glimpse of wildlife. Definitely will try to come back again.
We really enjoyed staying at your cozy cabin! There was tons to do nearby and great views both at the cabin and nearby. It was a great vacation for my family, and refreshing to get out of the city!
Little scary on the roads getting to your cabin. Your directions were spot on. We had a great time loved the peace and quiet. Saw deer and a red fox. Spotless and so homey, great recommendations of where to eat, grocery shop etc. Kitchen had everything you would need.Thank you!Terry, and my bride of 54 years, Jane Koehler
Great location -- the view is beautiful, especially in the mornings. Hosts gave us lots of information and everything went really smoothly. Lots of things to see and do in the area. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The only drawback would be that the driveway is a little steep and there's not much room for more than one car. We had a wonderful time!
Cute and cozy, home was stocked and made it easy to stay for a week. Clean and absolutely loved the convenience of washer and dryer. Perfect for kids with the upstairs loft, beds, and gaming set up.

But we play in Colorado. :)
Why they chose this property
A family cabin near Park City, Utah, inspired us to want to build our own. Plus, we were looking for a place that the whole family could enjoy. We found it in Divide. Completed in 2012, we add improvements to it each year.
What makes this property unique
Besides its quiet comfort, our cabin is uniquely situated to enjoy so much of Colorado. There's something for everyone - from mountain biking, to hiking to touring - and a comfortable place to return to, cook a meal, play a board game, read a book or watch a movie. Perfect for families.
