The ground floor is on one level and features a double bedroom with its own en-suite, ideal for grandparents or those with restricted mobility. The large dining room boasts a feature stone fireplace and is warmed by a wood burner, the perfect place to enjoy a family cooked meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Hiking, climbing and mountain biking is widely available in the Cairngorms, and skiing can be found in Aviemore, 30 miles, and the Lecht ski school, 25 miles. There are plenty of walks and cycle routes available right from the doorstep and along the Speyside Way, and for golfing enthusiasts, there is a golf course within 5 miles. Here you are centrally placed for the Malt Whisky Trail with numerous distilleries within easy reach. The stunning Moray coast and beaches are only 30 miles away.
