This is an oceanfront three bedroom, two and a half bath home on a shared private beach with sweeping views. The Commodore House was built in 2004 perched on pilings over the dunes. This modern home can accommodate one or two families of four with all the contemporary conveniences. The first floor living room, kitchen and dining areas open floor plan take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. Multiple sliding glass doors with floor-to-ceiling views open up from the living room to a walk-out deck and seasonal hot-tub. The living room features a gas fireplace. The second floor has three bedrooms, two full baths and includes a washer and dryer closet. The master bedroom has one king bed, private bath with shower and private balcony with sweeping ocean views. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and a single day bed while the other has one set of bunk beds for kids and a double bed for adults. This house was built with central heating and air-conditioning.

Resort Amenities: This house is owned and operated by the Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort. It sits on a three acre facility on the beach. The resort rents two three bedroom homes and two four bedroom homes along with 50 room accommodations. The facilities include a recreation building with indoor pool and game room along with two outdoor pools and whirlpools. Guest of the houses have complete access to the resort facilities.. Resort facilities are seasonal from May to October
