On the garden level can be found another large bedroom/studio with ensuite shower room and kitchenette. The 4th double bedroom with ensuite shower room can also be found on this level together with a fully equipped laundry room.



The tastefully landscaped garden has a large salt water swimming pool (that can be heated), surrounded by sun beds and a good sized dining area accommodating 10 guests with a Gaz BBQ. A lovely shaded area with lounge chairs overlooking the pool provides another area for quiet relaxation.
