This cozy bright house for max. 4 people has 3! sunny terraces with a beautiful view! It is located in Punta Lara, a quiet and child-friendly urbanization in Nerja.

The house offers 2 bedrooms, a bath room, separate toilet, cosy living room and fully equipped kitchen. A good Wi-fi connection and television with international channels are also available for our guests.

There is a large communal swimming pool and paddling pool nearby, open from May until the end of October. The Playazo beach with several chiringuitos, local supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance. You can walk to the center in 25, by car it is only 5 minutes.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, de Nerja centro y de Torrox. Respecto al inmueble, el anuncio se corresponde con lo anunciado, a excepción de la barbacoa, que no hay.También se encuentran a faltar productos de limpieza, que no hay, y algunos utensilios de cocina. El alojamiento necesitaría algún tipo de reforma o adecuación, hay azulejos rotos con los que te puedes cortar, la campana extractora hace muchísimo ruido y casi no quita el humo, pero en general se encuentra en buenas condiciones.
