Why they chose this property
I love the peace of this quite area in La Mairena. It is a UNESCO protected area of natural beauty with ancient oak and cork trees. An abundance of wildlife, birds and an array of seasonal wild flowers. Yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the Elviria commercial centre. Restaurants cafes shops and Banks all at hand. Close to the blue flag beaches with miles of golden sand.
What makes this property unique
The El Soto de Marbella resort has an excellent Clubhouse only a short walk away. It has a highly rated restaurant and bar (child friendly) with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The rental has FREE unlimited use of the 9 Hole Golf Course, Tennis, Padel & Table Tennis, Boules and Fully equipped Gym & Spa area.
