About this property

4 bedroom villa with private garden and swimming pool, dining including a bbq.

A 4 bedroomed family friendly villa, with views of the countryside set in a 1000 sq m plot, only minutes away from the town centre, and the blue flag beaches. The spacious open plan kitchen/lounge and dining room opens to a shady porch, with a built in seating area. This is where a pizza oven can be found, a fantastic new addition! To the side of the villa, the pool area is surrounded by grassed areas. To the side of the pool there is a BBQ house, with an adjoining pergola with a long table and bench like seating, ample for 8 adults. To the end of the garden another pergola can be found with a coffee table and chairs, to take in the garden views whilst in the shade. The bedrooms are towards one end of the villa, with a spacious master en suite bedroom, with enough room for a cot, with 3 further double/twin bedrooms which share a spacious 5 piece bathroom, Lovely!

A fantastic 4 bedroomed house in the countryside in the real Spain. An idyllic peaceful retreat with all the mod cons near to the beautiful cities of Cadiz & Jerez & the clean sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz! Would choose this place without a doubt if we are in this part of Spain again.

Großes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen, ein Auto ist erforderlich. Die Größe ist gut. Leider war vieles sehr schmutzig. Die Fenster dreckig und unter den Betten Staub. Unter dem Bett im großen Schlafzimmer war so viel Dreck und Staub, dass ich erst einmal putzen musste. Die Spülmaschine war kaputt und wurde erst 2 Tage vor unserer Abfahrt repariert. Die Rollos haben teilweise geklemmt. Die Nachttischlampen haben auch nicht richtig funktioniert, gingen von selbst in der Nacht an und aus, mussten also ausgesteckt werden. Handtücher gab es vor Ort, das war gut. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Eine ordentliche Grundreinigung und eine Überholung der Rollos und Nachttischlampen wäre dringend zu empfehlen!

La casa estaba bastante sucia con telarañas, la tapa del inodoro rota y el agua es de pozo y por lo tanto no sabemos si es potable. Un factor importante son los ventanales que no tienen mosquiteras y no se pueden abrir las ventanas ya q entran mosquitos, bichos, gatos, etc en general bastante mal

Deja que desear por el elevado precio

La limpieza horrible, asta había un zumo de naranja debajo del sofá que con el calor se estaba quedando cuajado, ademas de pelusas por todos sitios, y debajo del mueble del baño había polvo, telarañas, mosquitos muertos... La zona exterior tiene los azulejos del suelo rotos pudiendo causar graves cortes en los pies y la zona de la piscina aun esta peor. Tienen ventiladores por la casa pero hacen un ruido insoportable. Yo no aconsejaría alquilar esta casa por el precio que indican. Tengo fotos que corroboran todo lo que e expuesto en este escrito.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Uns hat ein sehr schönes und großzügiges Ferienhaus mit einem großen Pool empfangen. Hatten genügend Platz, das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Nur die Spülmaschine war sehr verkalkt - wir haben Salz und Klarspüler gekauft - wurde dann immer besser. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war nicht ganz einfach zu finden trotz Google Maps - wir wurden aber gut geleitet von Natascha, die zusammen mit ihrem Mann Paul für das Haus zuständig ist. Der Garten war in einem sehr guten Zustand - es wurden noch 4 neue Liegestühle und eine neue Sitzgruppe angeliefert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt im Haus. Es gab viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus rum. Einzig die Lage vom Haus war etwas abseits, dafür schön ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto war Chiclana (zum Supermarkt) und die schönen Strände schnell erreichbar. Auch gibt es eine Straßenbahn bei Chilana, mit der man bis Cadiz durchfahren kann - das Auto konnte man da gut abstellen. Alles in allem war es ein super schöner Urlaub, der allen gut gefallen hat.

Tolles Objekt, aber hinter den Erwartungen zurück geblieben

Großes Haus mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und toller Außenanlage. Pool ist hervorragend, Sitzecke ist sehr gemütlich. Gefilterten Trinkwasser aus dem Hahn ist sehr praktisch. Leider kein Schatten auf Terasse und Pool. Es gibt auch keine Sonnenschirme. Insgesamt gutes Objekt, dass allerdings Potential verspielt, da es schlecht gewartet ist. Es wackeln Klopapierhalter, es klemmen Jalousien, Abflüsse sind undicht, Deckenventilatoren sind nicht fest angeschraubt, elektrische Sicherungen fliegen raus, hier und da eine Dreckecke. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Alles Dinge, die offensichtlich sind und bei guter Pflege vor Anreise eines Gastes behoben sein sollten. Wir waren nur 5 Tage da und hatten verhältnismäßig viel Trouble-Shooting. Zum Glück waren die Ansprechpartner sehr engagiert, einiges wurde schnell behoben.

Días para no olvidar

Unos días inolvidables con amigos después de mucho tiempo, la casa es estupenda, amplia y con una piscina y jardín estupendos, pero le falta mantenimiento, aunque un día nos quedamos sin agua a las 11 de la noche y Paul apareció enseguida y lo soluciono enseguida, también deberían mirar que en la parte delantera que hay un bonito porche deben de tener un nido de bichos pues en cuanto se quitaba el sol ya no se podía estar ahí. Por lo demás un sitio ideal para descansar aunque un poco difícil de encontrar

El alojamiento está muy bien, cualquier cosa que necesites en un momento te lo solucionan. Está muy bien equipada , amplias habitaciones, cocina muy cómoda y con mucho espacio. Está un poco alejada pero en coche no tardas casi nada en ir a los sitios de interés. La piscina está fenomenal de tamaño , aunque es verdad que se ensucia del polvo del camino. Si tenemos ocasión repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Gracias por todo

Buena casa para vacaciones

La casa está muy bien para estar unos días de vacaciones. De vez en cuando fallan cosas, pero los encargados lo suelen solucionar pronto. (Casi todo) Un día nos quedamos sin agua, y en seguida vinieron a solucionarlo. Otro día falló el gas y también se solucionó pronto. Un armario tenía la cajonera destrozada, dijeron que iban a comprar una por Amazon, pero nunca llegó. Éramos 8 personas en la casa y no había sartenes grandes. Me costó mucho negociar para que nos pusieran una. Después de varias conversaciones conseguí que nos dejaran comprar una y nos la abonaron al final de la estancia. Aun con estos detalles, hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa y han sido unas buenas vacaciones.

Odisea con buen final

El alojamiento está muy bien en relación calidad-precio. El problema es que tiene poco mantenimiento. Es una casa bonita y con todo lo necesario, estuvimos de domingo a sábado, pero tuvimos que llamar muchas veces a la encargada de las llaves para: 1º La piscina estaba sucia y no funcionaba la depuradora, vino al día siguiente y efectivamente estaba el contador roto, por lo que no saltaba automáticamente la limpieza. Pero después de venir, todo bien durante la semana. 2º La nevera no enfriaba, estuvimos varios días reclamando y tuvimos que comprar neveras de corcho para las bebidas, pero finalmente el jueves la cambiaron por una nueva, porque la anterior estaba estropeada. 3º Nos quedamos dos veces sin agua porque la bomba tenía un tubo roto, pero venían cada vez que avisamos a la mujer para arreglarla un poco. 4º Nos quedamos 1 vez sin gas para el butano y otra vez para el agua caliente, ya que no había bombonas de recambio, pero llamamos y vinieron dos veces a poner una nueva. 5º La casa no tenía A/C, pero tenía muchos ventiladores, aunque deberían ponerlo al menos en el salón, , ya que por el día te obligaba a estar todo el tiempo en la piscina debido a la calor. Si el mantenimiento fuese un poco mayor, la casa sería estupenda. Pasamos buenos días en familia a pesar de todo lo anterior, y tanto Nicola, como Natasha fueron muy amables en todo momento. Volveríamos a repetir.

Aspectos a mejorar

La casa era como se mostraba en el anuncio, sin embargo, es necesario señalar que el microondas no funciona bien, por no decir que esta roto y es peligroso, el congelador no congela y el frigorifico igual, el agua caliente se nos cortó el segundo día, hay hormigas en todos los enchufes de la cocina y finalmente, es prácticamente imposible recuperar la fianza ya que la orientacion de la casa favorece que se profuzcan portazos y se rompa el cristal de la puerta, entre otras cosas. De hecho habia una grieta en la pared la cual no habia sido reparada, y a nosotros nos paso que nos cobraron toda la fianza solo porque se rompio una parte de uno de los cristales de una puerta debido a un portazo producido por el fuerte viento. Por otra parte decir que el jardin es muy amplio y agradable.

It was ok

Property was a long way from the beach and about a mile down a track from the main road. Even though there were directions to the property, they were so difficult to navigate with so many roundabouts. It would have been far easier to have said go to Cafe Florentina when in the local area then take next left and a couple more turns. We are still waiting for the return of our deposit after two weeks. With no reason to delay the return as we left a day early and made sure the property was left absolutely clean and tidy.

Lovely family holiday

There was a big family group of us staying and we all had a wonderful time. The villa is spacious, even with 6 adults and 2 children. The village that the villa is in is a work in progress but once you are within the villa walls it is lovely! There are a few restaurants and a shop within walking distance, all friendly and reasonably priced. The villa has a great pool which everyone enjoyed! Natasha and Paul (key holders/management) where great to deal with for any problems that occurred. Nicola (owner) is a lovely lady, quick at responding to queries, and always happy to help. Very accommodating for my baby with a travel cot and highchair. A short drive into Chiclana and you are near the beach, supermarkets and tons more restaurants! If you arrive on a Sunday during high season the lidl is open until 10pm! The only thing I would say is that the place could have done with an extra little dust around before our arrival, other then that it was a clean villa.

Why they chose this property

We initially chose this area as we fell in love with the beaches. They are many to choose from and are so clean. We bought the plot, because of the quiet location, which we thought would suit the children, though they are now grown up, they especially liked the goats that are herded to different pastures every day.

What makes this property unique

We especially like the front porch. After a long tiring day in the sun, we love to sit in the shade with a salad and a glass of something in our hands!
We also like the open plan arrangement of the living area and spacious kitchen, as that means no one feels lonely.
Newly built in 2017, we have a lovely shady eating area next to the BBQ, ample for 8 people it provides a tiled table and seating over looking the pool, all under a pergola.
The log fire is also something we love. We use this in the colder months, or early/late season when there is a chill in the air. This is especially lovely for toast and marshmallows.
