Casina Botinaccio is situated in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, near Montelupo Fiorentino, and only half an hour from Florence.

Surrounded by a private garden, the property enjoys a panoramic position, and a bright patio with barbecue and dining table for 4-6 people.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find an infinity pool (10.5 x 7.5 m, depth 1.2 - 1.4 m), open from May to September. The pool is equipped with: hot tub (diameter 2 meters), sunbeds, deckchairs, table and chairs.

At guests' disposal also a private parking with 3 uncovered and 2 covered spaces.

Next to Casina Botinaccio there is another villa, called “Villa Botinaccio”, belonging to the same owners, and this one too can be rented by tourists. The gardens and pools of the two houses are well separated, distant and not visible from each other, in order to guarantee the utmost privacy. Larger groups of people can rent both properties together.



Internal Description



Completely restored with terracotta floors and reclaimed wood ceilings, Casina Botinaccio is spread over two floors (ground floor and mezzanine), can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Internet Wifi is included. Pets are only allowed on request (with an extra cost). A cot and a high chair are available upon request. All bedrooms have air conditioning.



Ground floor: The ground floor houses a cozy kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dining table for 4 people. Following there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.



Mezzanine: In the open-plan mezzanine (which can be reached by climbing a flight of stairs) you will find a lovely living room, furnished with two sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), fireplace and desk.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Final cleaning; house, pool and garden maintenance; firewood (1 basket); weekly change of linen and towels; Internet Wifi; baby cot and high chair (upon request); private use of the pool (including its hydromassage area); utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating).



Excluded from the price: Use of air conditioning (150.00€/week); firewood (7.00€ per basket); daily change of linen (7.00€ per person/change); daily change of towels (5.00€ per person/change); extra cleaning (35.00€/hour); heating upon consumption (6.00€/mc); pets allowed only on request (100.00€ per week/pet). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
