Can sleep up to 10 guests, this includes two sofa beds - one is in the garden suite and one is in the living room. There is also a single sofa bed in the twin room.

This villa is spacious and swishy, comfortable and well designed to give you a wonderful holiday experience. This is because of the combination of its proximity to the sea, the private pool and the unique space both inside and out.

A perfect holiday location in all seasons. Torrevieja is extremely popular for its fantastic climate, beautiful beaches and vibrant atmosphere.

Love Padel Ball? There's a fantastic sports centre with Padel Ball courts and competitions a few minutes walk from the villa. The centre is called El Capitan and there are lots of sport activities including pickleball, boules, table tennis, darts and zumba classes. With quality live entertainment and a great bar for snacks and drinks.

Fancy some action and adventure? There are quad bike, segway and e-bike tours as well as a range of water sports that you can do with a superb local adventure and activities company.

Lots more to do nearby: championship golf courses, go karting, water sports, mini golf, water parks, trips to the salt lakes to see flamingoes, mud baths and spas, mountain walks, boat trips to the island of Tabarca, local bodegas, old market towns, Licor 43 and even the original Spaghetti Western movie sets!

If you love to chill, unwind and switch off, you can relax in a choice of sun loungers or rocking chairs by the pool.

The fridge/freezer is only a few footsteps from the pool, easy access as it's all on one level. All the drinking water is filtered. You have chilled water on tap and an ice dispenser for ice cubes or crushed ice for your sodas and cocktails!

To make your holiday experience super lovely, the villa has everything you need. Air conditioning throughout. Wifi. Samsung smart TVs in every room. 50" in the bedrooms, 55" in the lounge. HDMI dongle ready if you prefer to bring your own Fire Stick. TV channels in English and numerous other languages. So you can sit back, relax and catch up on your favourite programmes at anytime.

For safety and security the area covering the entrance and access to the villa grounds are covered by security surveillance. There are formal signs around the property highlighting this.

Early check-in and late check-out policy:
Depending on availability, the rate for either option is 50% of your reservation nightly rate.
This must be booked and paid for at least six weeks prior to arrival.

Always available to guide or help with ideas and tips for fab things to do in the area, from mobile massage at the villa, to a range of day trips or super restaurants to suit all tastes. We keep in contact via WhatsApp and are available almost all the time - expect when we're asleep or on a flight!! :)
