Located in one of the most privileged corners of the Mediterranean coast, its clean waters, mostly crystal-clear, free of rocks, currents, or rip currents, allow for a spectacular and safe swim for both children and adults. In this area of La Manga, even during the peak holiday season, we can fully enjoy the beach because it’s not overcrowded and is far from residential developments or hotels.

Thanks to its prime orientation, the views are spectacular, ensuring cool summers and warm winters, with sunrises over the Mediterranean and sunsets over the Mar Menor.

It is available for rent for short stays, weeks, long weekends, weekends, and seasonal holidays.

The Mediterranean beach is a 2-minute walk from the property.

Just home from a 10 day stay at the villa with all my family and I cannot recommend it enough. 15 minute walk from shops with a bus stop nearby with a bus every 20 mins. The pool was a great size and the air con a delight to have. Communication with the rental company was great and very helpful.
