Flora is a charming apartment located on the ground floor of a villa, with a small pool and a garden for exclusive use. The ground floor is not rented out and is used occasionally by the owner, who has her own separate private space.

Access to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase leading to a terrace with a panoramic view of the hills and the pool. Once inside, you’ll find a large open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a television, and three armchairs—perfect for relaxing.

The sleeping area features three bedrooms, accommodating a total of 8 guests, and two full bathrooms. The fenced-in garden is ideal for pets and is divided into two areas: one dedicated to relaxation with the pool, sun loungers, a sofa, and armchairs; and a green area with a table, chairs, and a large barbecue, perfect for outdoor grilling.

To ensure guests’ safety, the property is equipped with two surveillance cameras: one located at the villa’s entrance and the other in the pool area.

Nestled in the green hills of Lucca, Flora is a small oasis of tranquility. A car is essential to reach the property, as the drive involves travelling about one kilometre along picturesque mountain curves.
