Our apartment is based right on the seafront of beautiful Exmouth. You can walk to the beach/sea in seconds. The town center is only a few minutes as well, fabulous location.
Whole house with two bedrooms/fully fitted kitchen/two shower rooms and front room with dining space. Whole apartment newly re furbished from top to bottom. Private Seafront location. Front garden over looking the sea for guest to use along with private parking space for one guest car right outside the property.

We are Exmouth born and bred and have spent a long time refurbishing the property to a good quality so our guest have a great experience staying in our holiday home. We live on site ( separate property ) so can support you if any worries or just need some advice.

Why they chose this property

We really are on the seafront ! We have a private parking space which is unheard of in Exmouth. Private front garden over looking the sea for guest to enjoy. The sea and sand right in front of property, town a few moment walk. Everything Exmouth has to offer for restaurants/entertainment/town and shops all a short walk.
