Detached villa with a private pool, just 5 minutes from the beach!

This house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the ground floor. There are no stairs. There is a front yard with a pool and a backyard. The pool is lit up at night with LED lights—it’s quite a sight! The front yard has space to park a car. The living room has a sofa bed. It features a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for winter evenings. The entire house is equipped with central air conditioning. The house is located just five minutes from Villananitos Beach, a Blue Flag beach on the Mar Menor. The house was completely renovated in 2021. All the furnishings are new and modern. There’s a bike path in the area where you can enjoy long rides along the sea.

It was a nice house!! It was very clean and evverything what we need for a relaxed holiday was there. We onjoyed the swimmingpool. The housekeeper was very friendly!
