Everything was great but for the price there could have been a proper coffee maker and tea kettle.

Thank you, Christina, for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We do have a more sophisticated coffee maker available in the linen closet, though we typically leave out the simpler one, as most guests prefer its convenience. We appreciate your suggestion and can make the upgraded coffee maker the standard option for future guests. Please always feel free to reach out if there’s anything you need during your stay. We hope to welcome you back!
We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The pool, and other outdoor spaces added to our experience. Well located and private. Would definitely recommend!
We spent 4 days at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. House is well equipped and clean. Great location we walked to the village each morning for coffee. tates bakery is a short walk from the property.
We had such a wonderful family stay in Southampton! The house was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to town and the beach, but still peaceful and relaxing. Our kids loved playing in the pool, and we loved being able to enjoy quiet evenings together. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made everything so easy. We’d definitely come back for another family getaway!
The house, grounds and pool are lovely at this home and it is in a great location to village and beaches. Our family very much enjoyed our stay and especially being able to walk to town every day and enjoy the restaurants and shops in Southampton village. Highly recommend this rental home and host was very accommodating.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Southampton property and can’t recommend it highly enough. The host was incredibly prompt and responsive throughout, answering every question almost immediately, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free.Every single space lived up to the photos, and honestly, many looked even better in person. The pool was a highlight: a great range of depth and a generous length that made it perfect for actual swimming, not just lounging. The heated element was the perfect touch of warmth. The grounds were just as impressive, with a fully manicured lawn and the cutest garden that added so much charm to the property. And the location was ideal, in the heart of Southampton. On top of all that, everything was spotlessly clean. We have zero complaints and would happily book again. Five stars all around!
