Set on a small hill within a private 2,000 m² estate, Casa Tulipa combines antique character - think stained-glass lancet windows and period furnishings - with modern comforts, all just 1,600 metres from top Algarve beaches. Surrounded by open fields, mature trees, and evergreen hedges, it's a genuinely secluded retreat that still puts you close to everything.

Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, each well-suited for adults. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; the second is served by the villa's second bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The ensuite includes a walk-in shower and a full bathtub for longer, more relaxed evenings. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the rest of the villa.

The villa was ok. The communication was slow and there was no information pack available. The property is a little tired, loose tiles on the floor indoors. Kitchen is not particularly modern and the pool I feel needs to be cleaned more than once per week. The housemaid was attentive and it was nice that towels and sheets were cleaned. The villa is well situated for restaurants and supermarkets and sits in a quiet area, although there are a lot of barking dogs. The outdoor furniture is useable although again has probably seen better days. The parasols were a little shabby. The bathrooms however had been recently refurbished and were pleasant. The beds were comfortable and large. All in all a nice little property that would benefit from a little tic and an information pack about areas such as waste, recycling, pool cleaning and topping up of pool water, when the house keeper/pool man would be visiting and a key safe with a code entry. How to silence the house alarm and replacement batteries for the smoke detector would have all made this more enjoyable. Great bbq. All in a good villa with the potential to be a great villa.

Schöne Villa mit super Pool in guter Umgebung

Schöne portugiesische Villa mit opulentem Mobiliar, wunderbarem Pool und schöner Aussenanlage,in ruhiger, zurückgezogener Lage, trotzdem ist der schöne Strand zu Fuss in 20 min erreichbar, auch gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz, ältere, aber geschmackvolle Innenausstattung, in den Bädern wurden die Toiletten und Lavabos durch neue, moderne ersetzt, Küche in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionstüchtig,leider unsauber, Abfall und Schmutz von vorhergehenden Mietern vorhanden, das wurde aber direkt gemeldet und wird von den Vermietenden verbessert, Kontakt mit den Vermietenden sehr unkompliziert und freundlich,Mitte Woche wurde die Frotteewäsche ausgewechselt und der Pool gereinigt,gut funktionierende Geräte vorhanden (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Klimageräte, Fernseher etc.),sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt, beim verlangten Preis hätten wir gründliche Reinigung erwartet
