There is a open kitchen that takes you to the the terrace. The kitchen is total equipped with kettle, dishwasher, toaster, cooker, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Go back and there is a bedroom with two single beds and there is a bathroom with shower, singled basin and toilet.

Up the stairs there is a large double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, single basin and toilet. The bedroom has a door that opens to a large terrace with partial sea views and pleasant view to the Monchique mountains.

The outside area have a BBQ construction, a terrace with dinning table, sunbeds, fenced pool and a garden with grass and trees. The pool has kidney shape. Measure - 5m x 8m and depths - 1,25m x 1,70m x 2,15

The villa have a private open parking for 2 cars.

The villa is all secluded by walls that gives security.
