A fabulous house perfect for a special occassion

This house is stunning, the beds are very comfortable, everything is of a very high standard, the perfect house for our 60th birthday celebrations with special friends, great location, near fabulous walks and pubs with great food, we had an unforgettable time here

A lovely house with great facilities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stonewell Farmhouse. The snooker table, air hockey & hot tub were very popular as well as the big garden for games. The location provided excellent walking from the door too. The house is very well equipped and fittings & furnishings are obviously high quality. I would definitely recommend this property for a fun and enjoyable group gathering.

Family reunion

80th Birthday Celebration

An excellent venue, centrally placed for 4 families to meet and share a special birthday. More than enough storage space, well equipped kitchen, 2 dishwasher, lots of fridge/freezer room. Plenty of space for 14 of us and children enjoyed pool and outdoor games area. Well signed posted walks all around, very dog friendly, good facilities for dogs within the house.

Outstanding property

Tew Farmhouse was a superb property and ideal location. We were an intergenerational party of 14 and everyone enjoyed the facilities. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with quality items. Two dishwashers proved a real hit along with the excellent cooker. We all enjoyed a beatiful walk to Great Tew and had a warm welcome in the Pub. The snooker table was a real hit with everyone too.

ideal for family gatherings

The house is spacious, with plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group, making it ideal for family gatherings or holidays with friends. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are lots of cosy spots to relax together after a day exploring the countryside.

50th birthday family celebration

Excellent property for a family gathering, spacious and comfortable. The owners have thought through everything to make it a special venue for a special occasion. The one negative is that the floorboards in the bedrooms were noisy but apart from that it was enjoyed by us all including the 2 dogs

Perfect place for a celebration

A fantastic place to host a 60th birthday celebration with a group of close friends. Stunning house, beautifully decorated in a great location with everything available for you to settle in quickly and focus on fun. Kitchen was well appointed for our private chef and the wonderful Falkland Arms a comfortable 45 minute walk away. A faultless experience from booking to departure - we will definitely be back!

A wonderful week in the Cotswold

Hired the farmhouse to be the centre piece of 3 70th birthday celebrations. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Large enough for the whole party of 14, clean and well equipped. The hot tub was very popular!! The couple of small issues that occurred were very quickly dealt with. Thanks Paul and the team.

There is signage on the main road directing you to the property and we also provide all guests with a what3word code which will lead you directly to the property. The multi-use games area is located within the estate grounds and is shown within the photos on the listing. Unfortunately the floorboards can be affected by temperature and humidity variations causing them to shrink and creak. We do hope that you will be back to stay again soon!

A lovely property

Stonewell Farmhouse is a really lovely property. We used it for a family weekend to celebrate a decade birthday with children and grandchildren. It has lots of space and very good facilities. All the family thought it was a great venue and we definitely recommend it.

A nice big family house.

The house was well equipped & mostly super clean. Very bad black mould around one of the bedroom windows. Female member of staff I spoke to about a problem was extremely unhelpful. However the property manager was excellent and seemed to do all the things she said couldn’t be done. All in all a great family house for a family get together but not the best communication skills.

A great place to get together with friends. Beautifully appointed and well equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and bathrooms modern and very comfortable. Lots to do in surrounding area. Would recommend.

Beautiful property in stunning location

We had a fantastic time staying at Stonewell Farmhouse for a birthday celebration. We were a mixture of adults and children and the facilities were excellent for both. It is incredibly well maintained and everything you might need is supplied, from kitchen utensils to tea, coffee and some excellent cakes. We would absolutely recommend the property for a group looking for somewhere to stay, the hot tub is a great addition and the BBQ is top class. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to come again.

Better than expected

Our family ages 4 to 70, rented Stonewell Farmhouse for a celebration of my husband’s 70th birthday. It was clean and beautifully decorated.Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of plates and glasses. Pantry room was perfect for food and drinks - we had a Tesco delivery as soon as we arrived and everything went straight into the pantry and fridge freezer. Ice, milk, and a nice sweet treat were supplied for us as well as a vase of fresh flowers. Heating was a little warm for us and I think we may have splashed a little in the hot tub and water level dropped. Both problems were answered immediately by text! Perfect!
