Close to Quail Lodge and Carmel Valley Ranch this Mediterranean home is close to the mouth of Carmel Valley, enabling you to enjoy the sunny microclimate and all that downtown Carmel and the Pebble Beach community have to offer. The home is designed to encourage indoor/outdoor living. The main living room and adjacent dining room open up onto a beautiful patio where a fountain and flowers set the scene for relaxed mornings and afternoons. The kitchen opens onto a terraced backyard with a built-in fireplace, grill and kitchen garden - perfect for evening gatherings. The kitchen has top appliances and is expansive with plenty of storage. Mountain views beckon from both the master bedroom suite (king bed) and the additional guest room (queen bed) on the second floor. Downstairs, two smaller bedrooms (twin beds) share a full bath. A powder room is conveniently located near the living room. This home truly offers the best of both worlds - sunshine with Carmel convenience.
