Welcome to Les Pècles, a beautiful apartment with a view of the Chamonix mountains, ideal for a family or small group. Located in the heart of the town, close to shops, restaurants, cinema, market and local specialities. Bed linen and towels provided, covered parking space, just a few minutes' walk from Brévent, Aiguille du Midi and the SNCF train station.

Who are we?

We are Care Concierge, a professional property management company overseeing more than 200 accommodations in Chamonix, Les Houches and Saint-Gervais.



We are not private Airbnb hosts. We do not meet travellers except upon request. We have offices in each region and our local team is at your disposal to assist you throughout your stay.

WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.



Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.

Winter Family Trip

The apartment was well equipped, washer and dryer and garage space was a big plus! Walking distance to the city center, bus stop and Brevent ski lift. Very communicative and nice host. We enjoyed our stay! Only minor minus no wi-fi.
