Beautiful 8-bedroom villa with private pool on the Amalfi Coast
Villa Kalu’ is a beautiful, newly refurbished 8-bedroom villa for up to 16
guests located near the seafront. It boasts a sun terrace, a new
swimming pool and outdoor dining area, air conditioning in all the
bedrooms and WIFI.
Villa Kalu' is 400 meters squared - perfect for a large family or group of
friends looking for a relaxing holiday. The villa is located in the quiet,
peaceful fishing town, far enough away from the ‘hustle and bustle', but
within easy distance of the main tourist sites of Positano, Amalfi and
Sorrento. There is a bus stop within walking distance of the villa which
connects you to Sorrento within approximately 40 minutes.
The beach is only a 5-minute walk from Villa Kalu’ (approx. 250
meters). From here, you can take a boat to explore the island of Capri
and the Amalfi Coast by sea. Along the seafront, there are restaurants,
bars and bistros so you do not need to take a car. The nearby bay offers
amazing views of the Amalfi Coast.
As you enter the private gate, you will find parking for 5 cars. To access
Villa Kalu’ there are 5 steps to the main door. As you enter, on the left,
you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped including a
fridge/freezer, 5-ring hob and oven and a dishwasher. There is
everything you need to make your stay enjoyable including a coffee
maker, a microwave, a toaster, an ice machine and a kettle. The
kitchen/dining area is open plan and, from the kitchen, there are two
steps which lead to the dining area. Here you will find a large table and
chairs which can seat up to 16 guests. From the dining area, you can
access the lounge.The lounge has a Smart TV and air conditioning.
Next to the lounge, there is a bathroom with a toilet. The lounge is also
accessible from the outdoor dining/patio area.
From the dining area and lounge, it is possible to step outside onto the
patio. Here there are tables and chairs so you can dine ‘al fresco’ whilst
enjoying the shade of the impressive Pine tree. The garden and lawn
offer a verdant backdrop to relax whilst planning your day ahead.
Villa Kalu’ boasts a brand-new swimming pool, which is 8 meters long,
4 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep, and a dining area with outdoor
cooking facilities. There are 16 steps to access the area which is
equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. Here you will
also find a BBQ, pizza oven and a new outdoor kitchen area; perfect for
enjoying delicious Italian meals with your family and friends.
From the kitchen, on the ground floor, along the corridor, you will find
the Ravello suite which is a double bedroom with a Queen bed, air
conditioning, a safe and a beautiful green and white ensuite bathroom

with shower. The bedroom is modern and fresh; decorated in a blue and
white nautical theme.
From the lounge you can enter to the Amalfi room which has a Queen bed and a window, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. The
blue and white seaside theme continues throughout – perfect for a
luxury, coastal holiday.
From the corridor, if you descend 10 steps, you will find a laundry room
with a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
From the ground floor, to access the first floor, you need to ascend 19
steps. Here you will find five more bedrooms, all with air conditioning.
The first room on the left is the Capri suite(one room with sea view).
Here there are two air-conditioned bedrooms (king size beds) which
share a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has wonderful ornate
tiles which add to the character and Mediterranean feel. The Capri suite
is tastefully decorated in white and blue with a seaside theme. One of
the bedrooms has a small terrace with a sea view and the other has a
Juliet balcony. The terrace has a table and chairs so that you can sit
back, relax and enjoy the blues of the sea and sky and the greens of the
trees and hills. There is also a safe.
Off the main corridor, on the right-hand side, is the Ischia suite which
has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The room
also have separate access a terrace with outdoor furniture so that you
can relax with a good book (the terrace is shared with the Ieranto
room). The Ischia suite is tastefully decorated in white and blue with a
seaside theme(It has partial sea view as there is a tree).
Next door you can find the Ieranto room which has a Queen bed, an
ensuite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
The final bedroom on the first floor is the Sorrento suite(With sea view).
To access the Sorrento suite, you continue through the corridor. The
Sorrento suite has a king size bed, air conditioning, a safe and an
ensuite bathroom with a shower. The colors in the Sorrento suite are
modern, bright and relaxing. The suite has its own terrace with a table
and chairs so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy the blues of the sea
and sky and the green of the Pine tree below.
From the ground floor terrace, there is external access to another
bedroom – with air conditioning and a safe. The Positano room has a
Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Its beautiful blue
and white tiles and seaside theme provide a relaxing and restful
environment. On the top floor of Villa Kalu’, there is a wonderful
solarium terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun on the sun

loungers and then cool off using the outdoor shower. Here the sea
views of the Amalfi Coast will take your breath away.
For weekly stays, the linen and towels will be changed mid-week.

Services includes in the price:
water, gas, electricity up to 350 kw/h (additional usage will be charged),
final cleaning, middle week change of linen and change of towels,
house maid cost for 3 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday),
parking, wifi.
The price doesn't include: electricity (Excess of 350 KW will be paid
locally at a cost of € 0.50 per kw/h), Local Tourist tax payable locally in
cash €3 per person per night.
