The apartment is just a few steps from the characteristic beach of "Molo di sotto" and from the famous and picturesque "Riva Grande" where there are restaurants, bars and typical clubs.
The apartment has a beautiful lake & mountains view from the kitchen and bedroom, despite not being located by the lake.
It consists of a living area with sofa bed, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The Magnolia is a strategic and practical solution for those who want to explore the characteristic village of Varenna. It is equipped with TV, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave oven, plates, glasses, crockery and everything necessary for full use and for an independent stay.
The apartment is only 50 meters from the parking lot, 700 meters from the Varenna railway station, with direct trains to and from Milan every hour, and 600 meters from the pier that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and the whole center the needle.

Great location and comfort in beautiful Varenna
Location is fantastic, right off the main square. Comfortable with one bedroom and pull-out couch in living room. Air conditioning was a plus. Kitchen is well supplied. Varenna Holidays is a class act. Very organized, friendly, and helpful for check-in and check-out. Easy to find their office and property. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful view provides authentic Italian stay
We loved the proximity to the piazza where we found restaurants, small family grocery store, pharmacy, nearby villas, ice cream, and more. We found easy access to the lovely passerella footbridge going down to the ferry boats. We even saw a bride and groom outside San Giorgio Church after their wedding! Truly Italian!!
A warning are the cobblestone steps from the road down to Casa Magnolia, but they helped us having assistance up and down.
