The three bedrooms all have a double bed to comfortably sleep you and your guests. The rooms also have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. This apartment has two full sized bathrooms both with a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink.



The apartment is located on the first floor and has a spacious private parking space in the garage of the complex. Then you can come to the apartment by elevator or the stairs!



Included in this building is the fantastic swimming pool with children’s pool. From your accommodation you have direct access to the communal swimming pool through a gate!

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
