“When you go to Naples you cry twice: when you arrive and when you leave”, people say. Naples is a unique city, to experience by walking through the alleys, smelling the scent of gastronomic delicacies in the air and admiring its rich artistic and monumental heritage. Naples is at the origin of a peculiar culinary tradition for its famous Neapolitan pizza, and the art of its pizza makers has been declared an intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
Walking through Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in half, you will cross its millenary history thanks to the presence of ancient palaces and churches, such as the Cathedral of Naples and the Maschio Angioino. If there is a symbolic place of Naples, this is Piazza del Plebiscito, today a symbol of the new "Neapolitan Renaissance" where tourists come to admire its grandeur and its two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Palazzo Reale. Today it is also possible to visit "the underground city", or the so-called "womb of Naples", used by the Neapolitans as a refuge during the bombings, where tourists can cross the Greco-Roman aqueduct, the air-raid shelters and finally visit the Museum of the War.
Not to be missed is San Severo Chapel which houses the sculpture of the Veiled Christ, one of the most fascinating and mysterious works that can be seen in Naples, the result of the talent of Giuseppe Sanmartino.
Naples Central Station is about 1,2 km from the apartment, while Naples Airport is easily reached in 12 minutes by car.

This is a lovely property. For anyone who says that you shouldn't stay in Naples and just visit from Sorrento is completely wrong. There is so much to do in Naples. We spent a week here.
The heart of the city is Centro Storico and the apartment is a short walk away. Getting to Garibaldi train station is a 20 minute walk. From there, you can get to any place on the Circumvesiviano. Piazza Cavour station is also a 15 min walk away.
The apartment is very clean and well furnished. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms and a huge living room. Dario was very prompt with any questions or concerns. Wonderful Italy is also very prompt and can arrange for transportation and tours.
Very highly recommended.
We stayed at a property in Naples, IT. Shortly after we arrived and encountered the first issue- no hot water, we called the company to report, no response. We decided to go to the supermarket to buy food. We tried to cook dinner and there was no gas to the stove. Called several times to VRBO and Wonderful IT mgmt co. Wonderful Italy never called us back. We were told by VRBO to contact mgmt co. No response. Had to spend 1000 USD on other lodging!

Thank you for your feedback, Eugene.
We are sorry for the inconvenience related to the lack of hot water and gas in the apartment. After our customer service informed us about the gas issue, we tried to contact you, but we didn’t receive any responses. Now we made sure that both the hot water and the stove work. We do our best to improve our service and the general conditions of our apartments in order to make them more comfortable for our guests and avoid further discomforts.
We hope to host you again in our beautiful apartments in order to make you change your mind about our service.
See you soon, Wonderful Italy Team
