This fully equipped penthouse apartment stands out for it's amazing location. Situated in the first line of the Puerto Pollensa beachfront, you will enjoy amazing mountain and sea views from the large terrace. The indoor of the apartment has everything that you would need to enjoy a nice holiday escape here in this lovely town. The apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 guests, with 1 double bedroom. There are two single beds on a mezzanine floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase. The property has one family bathroom. A new fully fitted kitchen has been installed for the 2025 season, with everything necesary to make you feel like you are cooking a meal at your own home.
