If you are able to rent this apartment, absolutely seize the opportunity - it's beautiful and in an amazing location! Hosts were very kind and responsive, and we were delighted by the sparkling wine that met us along with friendly Tatiana who checked us in and showed us around the apartment. The views from the two rooftop terraces are not to be missed, and the apartment itself has been beautifully appointed (love the wooden windows that close to fully shade a room at night). As other reviewers have pointed out, the stairs up to the apartment are a workout, and we were glad that our suitcases were on the small side (I can't imagine lugging a large suitcase up the stairs). The location in the city is amazing; it's on the most charming pedestrian-only street, and a pleasant walk to just about anywhere in central Florence. Can't wait to stay here again!

A Million Dollar View

This amazing apartment is in a prime location in the heart of Florence. The master bedroom windows and two rooftop terraces offer stellar views of the Duomo and the city skyline. Florence’s premier sightseeing destinations, museums, restaurants, and shopping are just minutes away—a charming, scenic walk. The host, Iacopo, is extremely gracious and helpful. He made a special visit to check on us when we had an issue operating the washing machine—which was user error on our part. Caveats: the stairs in this apartment building would not be accessible for anyone with mobility issues. While the rooms feature wonderful, high ceilings, my husband and son, who are both 6’4”, quickly learned to duck when going through a few low doorways.

Grande soggiorno

L´appartamento è un vero tesoro. Si può camminare a piedi al duomo e ci voglione meno di 10 minuti. La strada dell´appartamento è zona pedonale. Si mangia sulla terrassa al aperto e si gode del grande panorama con la veduta sulla cuppola! Grande e grazie! Tutto perfetto.
