Conveniently located within 75 yards from the beach, this property is newly built and well-equipped for the vacationing family so guests can just focus on having fun and making memories. Additionally, this property is within walking distance to the beach, 4 mini-golf courses, waterpark, laser tag, endless dining options, and Sun & Surf Movie Theater. The spacious, open floor-plan features a big gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as professionally selected décor and flat-screens throughout. Additional luxuries include beautiful bamboo hardwood floors, Free Wireless Internet, full-size washer/dryer, master suite with exquisite tile shower - perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. In addition, this property has 2-car covered parking, as well as additional on-street parking available.

The entire property has gorgeous flooring and upscale tiling. The spacious living room is furnished with ample seating and a large 50 inch television. Additionally, it includes a queen size sleeper sofa! The large 12 foot balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space & take you out to a spacious composite deck with limited ocean views. The fully-stocked kitchen is modern and pristine with beautiful white cabinetry and a glistening large island. The dining area is well-lit and allows plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy meals together. Four televisions with 200+ channels are included and are standard in every bedroom. The first bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and is located on the second level. The master bedroom, located on the second level, has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a luxury walk-in tile shower, and balcony access to a composite deck balcony. The third bedroom has another large king-size bed and large television. Outside, there are natural stone walkways, grill area, and outdoor seating to soak in the gorgeous Ocean City weather. This property comfortably sleeps up to ten people, so it's perfect for the entire family!

"Atlantic Mist" has the following amenities: central air condition, heat, 2 parking spaces, 4 TVs, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, and dishwasher. This property is located on the rear side of the property at 17 141 St. It is a duplex with access via Ocean Highway. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. No group rentals for guests under 25 permitted. Owners are prefer Saturday-Saturday rentals during the prime season (June-August). Email to inquire about special weekly rates. Linens are not provided.

This place was *chef’s kiss*! It matched the vibe of our group and what we were looking for. Very close to the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The only concern was the cleanliness. I have a very high expectation for this. It wasn’t horrible, but I did have to clean off some food splatter from the cabinets, clean out the keurig, and do some dusting. Overall, this place is lovely and would definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful home with great host!

Booked this home for an event we had in town for our daughter and the communication with the host from the time we booked though when we left was great - Andrew was also so accommodating with any requests I had. The house is beautiful and so spacious! We were down in the off season so I can only imagine how great it is during the spring/summer time. It was the perfect space for the weekend.

Adorable townhouse located in a quiet section of Ocean City. Plenty of space, with a big, open, well stocked kitchen and three large bedrooms with gorgeous bathrooms. Nice outdoor shower too! Quick walk to the beach and easy access to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Clean, cozy and comfortable!

This was a very nice property and a fantastic location. The bedrooms were nice and the upstairs kitchen and family area was very open. The property was not cluttered with too much beachy decor. However we did have a few concerns. The Wi-Fi was very poor in the family area. Some family had to work in their bedrooms. The kitchen wear was worn. An umbrella on the balcony would have made it more comfortable with less sun. The vacuum stopped working so we could not do quick clean-ups. The beach chairs were rusty and the grill was usable but quite worn.

Great family vacation in a great property

The property is spacious, clean, and fit our 3 generations of family members. I grew up coming to Ocean City and have fond childhood memories. I now get to share those memories with my kids. The property lived up to expectations and made our stay in North OC great. Check-in process is a breeze and pictures are accurate. Andrew is a responsive and great host. Note, this is a duplex townhouse, and this is Unit B of the duplex.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend at this house. We had a group of adults, teenagers and a toddler. There was a pack & play already at the house, which was one less thing for us to bring. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the pots and pans need to be replaced and there was no frying pan. The outdoor space was also great, we spent a lot of time on the deck off the living room. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Beautiful home

Well laid out, tons of space both sleeping and general. Great decor. Very clean. We were slightly surprised we had to bring own linens ( towels and sheets) and when we arrived there were zero paper products ( TP, paper towels) in the home. But the owner responded quickly and we worked that out. I would recommend this place. We were two moms with 6 dancers in town for a dance competition and there was great space for all of us. Loved the window seats

We stayed here for 8 nights during spring break. It’s a nice location, about 3 minutes walk to beach access at 141th street. The house is beautifully decorated. It would have been nice to know that there’s construction next door but the noise wasn’t terrible. We had to contact Andrew a few times because house and outdoor shower was off when we arrived. Andrew was very quick to respond. As with many beach rentals, linens, towels, soap, and paper products not included.

Just a lovely place to spend time with your family

The beach house itself is modern, beautifully finished and in a great location that made it so easy to walk with two young children over to the beach! It comfortably accommodated the seven of us easily and had all we needed to prepare meals and to make beach clean up easy (outdoor shower and hose). Do make sure you read the instructions and bring the necessary items not provided. Although we did not meet in person, the host Andrew, was also extremely responsive through the process of booking and throughout the stay. The excellent communication made check in a breeze and allowed us to make a last minute extension to our stay. Overall, certainly recommend booking Atlantic Mist if you are able to. We plan on returning in the future!

Great Stay

Everything was perfect. Awesome location. Great space. We were able to cook with ease in the kitchen for dinner and could pop back into the hours throughout the day for any needs. Did not use the balcony that much since we were at the beach most of the time, but that is a great space too. While the post was accurate, I think it would be good to put the need for guests to bring their own towels and linens at the top of the description in bold. The description did provide that information, but some of us unfortunately missed that part when glancing through. Thanks!

This was our second time staying at Atlantic Mist. While not right on the beach, it is just a short walk (maybe 3 minutes), so it's a great location. The owner was easy to reach via text -- he was both friendly and helpful when we had questions. The home is beautiful and we were really comfortable throughout our stay.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family since the 1940s. My entire family is from the OC area. My grandparents have been coming to this property since the 1940s when they would literally squat on the beach in makeshift cottages. Prior to this year, a small beach cottage stood on this property, much like a few of the other properties that dot the street.
