Beautiful and very large modern 4 bedroom detached bungalow with private salt water swimming pool, with the option of heated pool, fully air conditioned throughout, fast fibre internet, cable tv and only 5 minutes away by car from Praia Verde beach.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with fast fibre internet. It is ideal for a small group of people or family, with plenty of space to do your own thing. Having a pool, makes it ideal for those relaxing summer days.
This new villa is superbly furnished and offers its visitors a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The interior has modern facilities for ease and comfort. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped for a self catering holiday and there are options to dine inside or 'al fresco' by the pool. At the front of the villa there is an electric gate and space for 3/4 cars.
Villa Sobral 28 is situated in a very calm location in the popular residential are of Quinta do Sobral, just 5 minutes drive to the famous Praia Verde Beach, and local tourist towns of Monte Gordo, Castro Marim, Vila Real and Altura.
Although this villa accepts pets, the client must always request by email before booking. Please note that the pet is not allowed in the pool, on beds, sofas and chairs and the garden has to be kept clean at all times.

Born in Lisbon, I went to finish my studies in the UK where I met Mike, my husband. Ended up staying for 18 years! We bought Villa 145 in 2001 and in 2005 we decided to move south and chose to stay in the East Algarve. I have been managing villas since 2008, and I enjoy every minute of it!

It is located in the exceptionally popular Quinta do Sobral, 5 minutes by car from the Praia Verde resort in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve.
