In a quiet and very sunny location, you’ll find the Casa Veronica apartment—a self-contained unit of approximately 80 square metres—on the ground floor of a single-family home. It features a charming garden and can accommodate up to 6 people, with the option to add a cot.

It’s perfect for couples and families with children who want to enjoy the sun and relax outdoors while exploring the stunning setting of Lake Maggiore.

The furnishings are tasteful and modern, and the apartment features high-quality windows and doors, designer radiators, electric shutters, and mosquito screens.

You enter through a gate and, crossing the garden, step into the bright living room, which features a relaxation area with a double sofa bed, satellite TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, and a large dining table for entertaining guests.

You then continue into the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and various kitchen utensils.

The kitchen opens directly onto the private guest area of the garden, which is equipped with a dining table, seating area, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella.

The spacious bathroom features a bidet and a large shower. A hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are available for your use.

The bedroom features a double bed, a bunk bed, a closet with a lockable safe, and a luggage rack.

For your children, the following items are available free of charge upon request: a cot, a bed rail, a baby bathtub, a high chair, a musical baby bouncer, a bottle warmer, a stroller, and toys.

There are a few free parking spots in front of the house; if they are occupied, there is a large free public car park 100 metres away with no time limit.

The apartment is located in the hamlet of Trobaso (VB), 10 minutes from the highway exit and the train station, and 40 minutes from the Swiss border.

A 3-minute walk takes you to all the necessary amenities the town has to offer, such as a restaurant, pharmacy, tobacco shop, supermarket, post office, ATM, cafés, a hair salon, a bakery, a supermarket, and a playground for children.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find the lakeside promenades of Intra and Pallanza, along with the harbour where you can board a boat to the stunning Borromeo Islands, the renowned Villa Taranto Botanical Garden, and the city centre, which is brimming with bars, restaurants, and shops.

In the neighbouring towns, there are various beach clubs, swimming pools, and public beaches.

For mountain lovers, nearby you can reach beautiful spots in the Valgrande Integral Reserve to go for walks, have lunch at traditional farm-to-table restaurants, and experience the thrill of the ZIP LINE.
