A two story property sitting on the third row of Pajaro Dunes beach- this four bedroom, two bathroom home is perfect for a getaway with loved ones! Our home is Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care. Enjoy barbecuing with your own charcoal BBQ out on the wrap around deck with a view of the sunset, or a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sun rise.

On the bottom floor, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms with Queen beds, a Double bed in the third bedroom, and two twin beds in the fourth.

Our private gated community contains several walking paths with coastal views, a recreation room, nearby tennis courts, sand pit volley ball court, bocce ball & horse shoe pit. Fun activities to do with friends and family!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property fit our needs perfectly – it was ideal for a smaller group of siblings, and then worked smoothly and flexibly when some of the extended family descended for a day at the beach and an impromptu overnight. We loved it!

Wonderful vacation house for a group. Our kids loved the beach. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and linen closet. Little touches like the hotel-sized bar soaps made our vacation run smoother. The only snag was the gatehouse attendants who seemed overworked and were reticent to provide hospitality when we asked questions. Overall I recommend this Pajaro Dunes property.

Excellent location

Great location, comfortable for 2 families of 4. Brought an Xbox with us for watching movies. Needs some updating but the price and previous reviews reflect that so we were pleased with our stay. Plenty of room and super close to beach-would rent again.

Stay at House 137

We rented the house for a family gathering of multiple generations. Two sisters and their husbands and children stayed in the house. The House is a good "hang-out with family" house, appropriately casual for the beach.

Fun get together

Perfect house for 8 people to have a fun vacation on the beach. The upper floor is so we’ll set up for groups with shared and intimate spaces, lots of seating and a wonderful open kitchen. Views on all sides make you feel like you’re part of the outdoors

Good enough and near enough to beach. Good value for the money

This house could use an inside fresh coat of paint in white, not beige. It needs to sparkle......a bit more.

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay in house 137. Kids loved the short walk to the beach! We enjoyed the tennis courts and bocce ball area. The house was very clean and ready for us. The kitchen is laid out nicely and made it easy to cook in. The only recommendation would be to have some patio chairs so we could enjoy the balcony and ocean view. Otherwise it was a great place and we plan to return!

Pajaro Dunes

Beautiful location. Very unique property. Development and the specific home is moderately weathered and in need of freshening. Furnishings are dated and mismatched but comfortable. We had a wonderful time there and would gladly return. Focus on the location and not the shortcomings of the home and you will enjoy your stay.

Needs some improvements

The house is in a great location. Unfortunately the house can really use improvements. First, we could not use the shower in the master because the water was only scalding hot. If you tried to turn it to cold it just turns off. Many of the drapes and blinds need to be replaced. The screens and sliding glass doors don't work well. The house has a terrible odor to it. The cleaning crew did a good job but everything in the house is just old. If you read the reviews (which I did only after entering the house) you will see people have been saying this same thing for a long time. Too bad the owners don't seem to care about updating this home that you pay $700.00+ a night for. We love Pajaro Dunes, but we won't be coming back to this home unless they update it.

Extremely dated property

The location is nice but the house needs repairs. The ceiling fan in the living room wasn’t working; the shower in the master bath felt like a cruise ship shower; the faucet in the master bath is loose and the water doesn’t drain quickly. The house didn’t smell clean and furniture was dated. My husband woke up from sleeping in the master bedroom and had a long black hair attached to his head. Gross. For what we paid for two nights we expected better. Owner needs to spend some of that money to update the property.

Amazing location but property had many issues

The location is what you pay for, the home looked nicer in the photos than I person but we still enjoyed ourselves. Many things didnt work on the property and the biggest hummer was the oven as we needed to make a birthday cake. I love Pajaro Dunes beach but the property was not super exciting.

Pajaro Dunes Beach House 2021

Overall, the property was OK. Mattresses were a bit on the soft side, but bedding was good. House had comfortable layout and reasonably well equipped kitchen. I would have appreciated being informed I needed to bring my own charcoal as there were only two briquette left. Typically properties in this price range have a gas grill. The property is showing its age and could use some sprucing up but made for an enjoyable weekend.

Great location

We had an amazing time. The spacious living room that leads out to the deck was our favorite part of the house. Walking distance to the beach and close enough for us to run my 2 year old son back and forth for snacks of bathroom breaks. We’ll definitely be back.

Great for my family.

Lots of big clean windows letting in the sunshine. Loved the kitchen, plenty of tables and chairs but could use some big bowls to help with food preparation. Some of the beds a little uncomfortable and blankets in master bedroom a little worn.

Nice getaway, needs a little maintenance

My family of 4 needed a change of scenery but still needed to connect to school and work online. Wifi was great upstairs but weak downstairs - made connecting to classes consistently from the bedroom a challenge. Half the family chose to work upstairs in the living area and had no issues. While the home was generally clean and comfortable, there are a few things maintenance should address (some of which I addressed in person at check out): The bathroom sinks drain very slowly - I reported at checkout but I would have expected housekeeping to inform maintenance about this for attention before our arrival). The kitchen faucet is loose/wobbly, not leaking but needs attention - I reported at checkout but I would have expected housekeeping to inform maintenance about this for attention before our arrival). There isn't a single sharp knife in the knife block - made preparing some meals challenging. The window in the master bathroom has a gap and is quite drafty - made for cold mornings and could use some attention. The inside of the bathroom doors have dirty fingerprints on them which was rather gross. A thorough cleaning in hard to see areas and perhaps some fresh paint would go a long way. Overall, the majority of surfaces throughout the home were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach daily and the quiet surroundings.
