The Orchard is a large, detached, sunny, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped house for friends or families, found near the centre of the bustling historic town of Cupar.
The ancient, original home of golf is all around you in Fife, with famous championship courses such as the seven golf courses at St. Andrews, Ladybank, Elie, Scotscraig, Leven Links, Lundin Links, Kingsbarns, Drumoig and Crail to name just a few.
Fortunately the house is conveniently located for trains, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, long walks or just chilling in the south-facing garden. Your space provides a glamorous south-facing dining room and very comfortable living room - an excellent, flexible living space in which a new woodburning stove adds extra warmth. The living room also boasts a large smart TV with freeview, Netflix etc plus board games in the coffee table.
From the picturesque dining room bow window you can exit onto the south-facing terrace and garden for al fresco dining, and for this purpose there is a charcoal barbecue available (please request). The garden table seats 6, and there is a classic teak bench.
In the hand-built kitchen you will find granite worktops, a new 6-ring gas hob, two new Bosch ovens a fridge-freezer and a full-sized dishwasher. Past the kitchen there is a spacious utility room with a Belfast sink, combination microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge.
Still on the ground level there are two bedrooms - one with a queen sized (160cm) bed, work desk and lamp plus wardrobe, and opposite it is a full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed (180cm wide) and and en-suite shower room.
The two bedrooms upstairs are both in very spacious rooms - one is king-sized (180cm) zip-link bed which can be separated into twin beds by special request only, and the other has twin beds and a pull-out daybed which may also be used by special request - more suited to children or teenagers.
The property is bounded by stone walls and a beech hedge, and an electric wrouht iron entrance gate to a monobloc area large enough for two cars - other cars can park freely across the road.
Clear guidance is provided regarding the use of each of the recycling bins.
