Quiet side street with on street parking available nearby. The house is very cosy and warm. No 1 is small in size but has plenty of character including its spiral staircase up to the bedroom. The space A small modern detached house in Uphill Lincoln perfectly situated for exploring historical Lincoln. Walk 30 yards to the street corner and you can see Lincoln Castles walls. The house has a lounge and dining area ,a kitchen equipped with an oven and a washer drier, one bedroom accessed via a spiral staircase and a shower room with toilet. The space is modern warm and cosy and is ideal for a romantic weekend away for two or people in Lincoln on business looking for somewhere to relax in the evening. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and can check in using a key box code. Other things to note There is plenty of parking near to the property on the street.

This property is very small but with clever layout. Nice lounge with fire(if required) and tv with netflicks. Good wifi. Kitchen compact but with cooker and microwave even a washing machine. Host left milk and bread. Also washing up liquid and soap. Ideal location. Shops around the corner and only just over half a mile to the castle and cathedral. Lovely two people house
