The Zodiaco Villas are 2 attached villas. The Zodiaco Aquarius villa is located in the urbanisation of Son bou, about 600 metres from the beach of the same name. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 2 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with a large window that gives access to a terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the sunset of Menorca. The main floor consists of a living room with ceiling fans, free WIFI for clients, Smart TV, bluetooth. Beautiful kitchen, well equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer. Next to the living room there is a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. On the lower floor are distributed the 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and two of them with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The outdoor area consists of a private swimming pool with a very well-maintained private garden and a brick barbecue. In the exterior part below the stairs is the washing machine.

Great Son Bou stay!

The villa has the BEST views of the sea! Everything inside is modern. There is a little kitchen pack with washing up liquid and essentials to get you through until you go to a supermarket. High chair and cot were provided when asked. Felt very safe and secure whilst inside. Hassle free on arrival, company are very helpful if you need them. Nothing comes to mind, we had a great week away!

Nice villa with lovely view

The best part of the Villa was the lovely view from the balcony and not being overlooked. The resort centre and beach not too far to walk to. The lounge was comfortable but not enough comfy seating if there were 6 people. It could do with some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms as they looked tired. Top marks for service as there was a problem with the toilet and shower which were both sorted straight away. Lovely pool but needs something done to the grass area outside the bedroom as the grass was pretty non existent which left this area dirty and muddy when wet. It could really do with a patio here or artificial grass. Overall we had a lovely stay at the villa. It needs proper cupboard space for food in the kitchen as the space is taken up with all kitchen equipment. The cleanliness could be better. Some of the bedding covers had dirty marks/make up on them and some of the drawers in the bedroom were dusty. The area outside the bedroom really needs attention as the grass is so worn. It was dirty and muddy when wet. Needs a patio area or artificial grass. It would also be good to have a net to clean the pool due to the debris from the trees/plants.
