Our house is located within the walled city of Peñíscola, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the castle, in the most authentic and trendy area, surrounded by excellent restaurants and with easy walking access.
You'll stay in a comfortable, self-contained apartment with character.
It's the perfect choice whether you want to visit a charming Mediterranean town, beaches, the castle, hiking trails, or work remotely, as we have top-notch fiber optic Wi-Fi.
Ideal for solo travelers.
My house is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic area of ​​the city, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean.
You will be staying within the walls of what was Meereen in the popular series Game of Thrones.
This small, elegant, and quiet boutique apartment, despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies the ground floor of a typical Mediterranean house, recently and meticulously restored. It stands out for its convenience, as there are no stairs to climb.

The apartment, 35 m² and with a maximum capacity for 2 guests, includes the following spaces:

- Bedroom area with a large queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) to ensure the best rest, LED lights, blackout blinds, and direct access to the exterior patio. It has a flat-screen TV.
The space includes 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lamps, and an open wardrobe.
We provide bed linen and 2 towels (bath and hand towels) per guest free of charge.

- Interior patio with table and chairs to enjoy the space.

- Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc.) and all necessary cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions.

Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of buying these essential items.

- Dining area with a table and comfortable wicker chairs.

- Bathroom with shower and screen.
Toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a hairdryer are provided.
We offer high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected or work remotely without interruption.
The apartment features a high-quality ducted air conditioning system (5000 BTU) in all rooms and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer.
We are an eco-friendly accommodation because we love nature. We get our electricity from solar panels, avoid single-use plastics, and separate our waste, among other measures.
The house boasts a spectacular rooftop terrace, a chill-out area with fantastic views of the sea, fishing port, beaches, and the Sierra de Irta Natural Park. Access is via stairs.
We provide outdoor furniture, including a table and chairs for your private use, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean or the fishing boats enter the port.
The rooftop also features a laundry area with everything you need for washing and drying clothes, including a clothesline. All laundry supplies are available free of charge.
The apartment also includes an iron and ironing board.

There is no parking within the walled city, as it is a pedestrian zone. Therefore, if you are traveling by car, you will need to park at the foot of the walls, a very close area, just a few steps from the house.
There is free public parking at the fishing port year-round. In the low season, parking in the blue zone is free, but in the high season, there is paid parking (affordable prices and weekly discount passes).

The advantage of staying at my house is that, once settled in, you won't need to move your car, as we are right in the city center.
If you have a lot of heavy luggage or mobility difficulties, we will arrange for your car to access the house for loading and unloading. For this, we will need your license plate number 72 hours in advance.
It is essential to complete the traveler registration before accessing the accommodation, as required by current legislation.
The access code to obtain the keys (key box on the door) will be communicated when the registration form is completed and the accommodation is in perfect condition for the arrival of the new guests, i.e., always on the same day of arrival.

Great little place

The apartment is situated in a great location in the old town. It is lovely decorated with a comfortable bed and great bathroom.Thr roof terrace is a lovely addition.
