PRATORANIERI - GIRASOLE

Girasole is located in a charming three-family building recently renovated in the tourist district of Pratoranieri. Very close to the sea where you will find both free and equipped beaches, as well as restaurants and bars on the Italia seafront.
A few minutes away you will find a supermarket, a general market and a pharmacy.
Walking for about 15 minutes you can reach the lively city centre, where you will find shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Girasole is a delightful air-conditioned apartment located on the raised ground floor of a lovely building.
Inside you will find everything you need. The large living room is tastefully furnished and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa. It has two cozy bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Additionally, a single pull-out bed offers the flexibility to accommodate an additional guest. The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower.
The real gem of this apartment is the equipped terrace, where you can enjoy your meals in the open air.
Linen is not supplied, only on specific request. We do not rent to groups of young people.

Convenient car parks behind the beach offer access to a monitored and free stretch of sea, offering various options for spending a day in the sun.
4. Carbonifera beach: 5 km from the center of Follonica, Carbonifera beach will enchant you with its nineteenth-century tower and the surrounding coastal landscape. You can reach it via a short walk from a large equipped car park. Light sandy beach, coastal dunes shaded by pine trees, and shallow seabed make it ideal for families and nature lovers.
