We had the best vacation here! We blended it with two families who we have vacationed with in Hawaii several times over the past 25 years. When we started vacationing together, our kids were young and now they are all grown with partners and one baby. They all joined us, some opting to rent a smaller place close by, but we made some great new memories. Hope your place survived Lowell …we were sad to see the devastation. This house is very well-appointed and well-kept with lots of beach gear. The view is great. It is within walking distance of an excellent snorkeling beach. And there are many good restaurants nearby. We would consider returning if and when we return to Hawaii.

Great accommodation for a family or group vacation. Well stocked with everything you need at home and/or the beach with plenty of room for alone time if desired. Location is perfect for walking to the local beaches or taking a stroll around town. Also enjoyed the beach club.

We loved our stay at this vacation rental! Both condos were clean, spacious, and housed our family so well. We are hoping to be back soon! We loved how close the property was to the beach and how homey the space felt.

Loved this home!

We stayed in the upstairs and downstairs units with our group of 10 people. We loved this home and would absolutely recommend it! The use of all the beach supplies was so appreciated, it was perfect for our family of 4 kids and 6 adults. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, beautiful home

Our family of 11, ranging in ages from 3 to 79, had a wonderful time in Poipu. The combination of the two units provided ample room for us to gather as well as enjoy some quiet time. Easy walking distance from nice swimming beaches where we saw monk seals and sea turtles (!).

Beautiful rental

Checkin was a breeze, Kitchen well set up, we did not cook a lot. Ocean view from 2nd floor was a hit, close walk to a beach that was perfect for teens who like waves. Host very responsive to minor AC issue in one bedroom.

Our stay included 2 families plus grandparents. We had plenty of room for everyone, plus two kitchens! There is an ocean view. Walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time. The home is clean with plenty of kitchen accessories including dish soap and towels. Really a perfect spot in Kauai.

Great family vacation!

The house, both upstairs and downstairs units combined, was perfect for our family group of 9. The house and both kitchens were well stocked and the location was perfect- very close (but not too close) to poipu beach, Brennekes etc. If anything the online description understates the ocean view.

Fabulous location, wonderful space, top notch communication and service!

Everything in the description was easy to follow. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed. They even go the extra mile to provide beach chairs & towels, umbrella, a mask, cooler, etc. Would stay here again when I come to Kauai.

Memorable Mom's 80th

My brothers took my mom on a trip of a lifetime and our family stay here was perfect. The stocked kitchen allowed for meals, the balcony was able to accommodate everyone and the rooms worked out well. We had a group of 12 and we made it work thanks to the abundance of air mattresses The location is perfect with lots of parking and a walkable neighborhood leading to the beaches of Poipu.

Spacious House, Amazing Location!

Spent 8 nights in Kauai in this wonderfully spacious home. Lots of room for the 12 of us to spread out. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai in the mornings and evenings, can't beat the water view! And a short walk to the nearest beach, really appreciated the location of this house. Owner was extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of both before and during our stay. The woman working on site at the office was also incredibly nice and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again, a great place for a family vacation!!

Beautiful House in Poipu

The house was perfect for our stay - we enjoyed having the 2 separate units. The 2 big kitchens, the sitting areas, the lovely bedrooms and laundry facilities made it all very comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach when we had a few minor issues come up. Wonderful location - close to the beach. Thank you!

The location was absolutely amazing! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of space and beds and baths. A few items could have been better as far as light bulbs out, supplies all filled, fans working, BUT we would stay here again, the beds were comfortable, the space accomodated all our people and the views and location cannot be beat!

beautiful home and excellent location

Our family of 10 spent 9 days staying in this duplex. We had a wonderful time there. The house is very nice decorated, plenty spaces for everyone. Conveniently located- couple of minutes walking to the beach to see the turtles, sea lions and/or relax at the beaches. The property manager is very responsive to our questions and request. We are highly recommending this place to others for their vacation in Poipu Beach. We just love it and plan to go back again.
