About this property

La Finquita is a wonderful finca in the centre of Mallorca with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by nature.

You will love the outside area of the house. There is a large garden with tall trees that offer rest areas in the hot summers, the swimming pool of 8.5m x 4m and the terrace with barbecue area.

The interior of the house is decorated in a rural and familiar style. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds and one with a double bed. All rooms have air-conditioned. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning. Also, there are three sofas and satellite TV. Wifi is available throughout the accommodation.
The kitchen space has a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster and a kettle. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower.

The Finca "la Finquita" is located on the outskirts of Vilafranca de Bonany, in a very peaceful and quiet area. The village of Manacor is only 15 minutes away by car. It should be remembered that in Villafranca there is a weekly market where you can go shopping. The coast of Calas de Mallorca is less than 20 minutes away by car.

If you would like to visit us at Christmas or in low season, there is heat pump heating.

The finca was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved the private feel of the property, which allowed me to enjoy a peaceful and memorable holiday.
