Burren Seaside Lodge
This coastal holiday home sleeping 8, is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Ballyvaughan within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. Apart from a convenient location, it offers modern, sleek interiors and beautiful Irish scenery filled with tranquil mountain views.

-Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite sleeping 2

-Family bathroom with extra-large modern shower and all electric fittings (newly renovated)
Enjoy an outdoor chat with your friends and family in a large south-facing fully enclosed garden with a patio and dining table perfect for al fresco dining.
WiFi is available in the house; dedicated desk space is provided in the common area.

1. Heating and Electricity:
Energy charges vary depending on the property. From mid-October to the end of April, a flat rate of €15 per day applies for heating. During the peak season, there is no charge for energy use. We recommend checking with the Property Manager or Owner before arrival or making a booking for specific details.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

This 3 bedroom fully insulated home which sleeps 8 comfortably. All beds were replaced at the beginning of 2023 featuring hotel-quality mattresses. The house has been fully insulated with new triple-glazed windows and doors. Also, a new electric heating has been installed which is fully energy efficient leaving the house cosy and warm all year round.Property layout – Ground floor:
