Drakes Nest is a stunning Private 2 Bedroom conversion in the heart of Plymouth. The property boasts private and secure gated access with free private parking immediately next to the residence within the Mews. Newly furbished, this conversion is both modern and stunning in looks and will not disappoint. The city location of the property leaves you a mere short walk to the Historic Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, City Centre, Drake Circus Mall, and the stunning views from Plymouth Hoe. A very quiet and comfortable space to stay. The location is highly desired and you’ve got the use of the whole house. Quiet and inviting, the space is the sort of quality accommodation I would be looking for for my family. All of the property. On exit please put the key back in the keypot. Thank you. Always happy to improve your experience. Great tucked away home from home. The space is for city centre living, all you need do is park the car and enjoy Plymouth. You will only need transport if you go out of the city. All transport options on your doorstep. There are no height restrictions with the parking space so it can accommodate vans/camper vans ect.

Lovely property and Martin the host was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. The property is in a great location for Plymouth City Centre being a 10 minute walk. Great to have a parking space right outside the property, but it would be a very tight fit if the other two car spaces are full. I drive a mini and it was tight getting through the gate as well. There were only two mugs in the cupboard and three bowls so although the kitchen is well equipped it could do with a bit of extra crockery if more than two people stay. There was also a lot of hair and grime in the drain of the bath, so when you shower the bath fills up with water. Again a very quick fix. The duvet covers had stains on as well and one of the beds in the twin room wasn't put together very well and was a bit concerning that it might collapse! Overall a great property which with a bit of attention to detail could be a much better experience.

Short break in Drakes Nest

A very interesting house with parking in an excellent location between Exeter Street and Sutton Road so a short walk from the Barbican. Comfortable beds and minimalist style furnishings. We were lucky because the weather was warm and sunny.
